Precioso apartamento en Son Veri Nou, en zona muy tranquila, al lado de la famosa Cova Verda y de Cala Blava. Ideal para familias.
En frente de casa encontrareis un paseo al lado del mar para ir en bicicleta, o pasear disfrutando de las maravillosas vistas a la bahía.

En la zona de descanso encontrareis tres piscinas con diferentes ambientes rodeadas de una mezcla de jardines mediterrános y tropicales.

La casa está completamente equipada con amplios espacios y habitaciones.

La terraza esta preparada con muebles de teca, tumbonas, parasol y ducha . Aquí podréis disfrutar de fabulosas vistas al mar y maravillosas puestas de sol.

Beautiful Home

Quico and Susanna have a beautiful home and really prepared it well for our arrival.From the generous bottle of wine, to the cleanliness of everything. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need.The help and details they gave us in arranging our arrival and planning our stay was wonderful. They answered everything we wanted to know and made us feel like we knew everything about the apartment and the local area. They were available throughout our stay for anything that come up and we couldn't fault them at all. They are very nice people.We would strongly recommend this property for a relaxing stay either as a couple or a family.

Perfect!

This apartment was a great place to stay! It was very clean, tidy and comfortable beds. Close to shops and great restaurants. Quicu & Susana were also fantastic to communicate with and really lovely people, making us feel at home straight away. Thank you. We will be back next year!

Quicu and Susana brilliant from start to finish. Gave us all the information we needed and kept in touch throughout holiday. Nothing too much trouble for them. We met Susana who was lovely and feel we know Quicu from the many texts and e.mails we exchanged. Would loved to have met him. You will see we have given them five stars throughout because everything was as described. Not disappointed with anything. Would thoroughly recommend.

Perfectly located with a beautiful roof top terrace

We had a lovely time at Ca Na Su. The apartment is perfect for a family with two kids. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room is cozy, two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms (two showers and another one on the roof top), the roof top terrace is so beautiful, you can see the ocean, many palmtrees and it is nice to have an outdoor shower, a lounge, a table with several chairs and beautiful flowers and citrus plants. The apartment is perfectly located: just across the street there are several very good restaurants (we loved the tapas at Nirvana). Within walking distance is also Las Sirenas which is a famous restaurant for seafood. The beaches that are in walking distance are mostly with cliffs, within 10-15 min there are also sandy beaches (one very small, natural one and one with a beach bar and rental for SUPs etc.) The beach of S‘Arenal is about 20 min away (walking distance). Within a 10 min drive you can reach the beach of Can Pastilla / Balneario 15 which are beautiful (and worth the short drive!). The communication with the owerns was super easy and I‘ve always gotten an answer right away. We would love to come back!

Very nice apartment with roof terrace in best location

We (2 adults and 1 child) were there in mid-June 2022 and we liked it very much. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a large closet with ample space. Next to it is another bathroom with shower and toilet. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The living room is huge and the roof terrace as well. There we always had breakfast at the big table under the pergola. The garden shower on the roof terrace is also great, perfect for refreshment on hot afternoons or in the evening. We also enjoyed swimming in the swimming pools of the complex. There was hardly anything going on, very quiet. The location of the apartment is perfect. Diagonally opposite is a supermarket. Only 200 meters away is a small bay. There it is rocky, but the water is crystal clear. We bathed there almost every day. A sandy beach is about 10 minutes walk away. It is also great there. Also within walking distance is the beach of El Arenal. All in all, wonderful walks of any length can be taken directly from the apartment - either right by the sea or between the beautiful estates in the village. The airport and Palma are only 15 and 20 minutes away by car, respectively - which was perfect for getting to and from the airport and shopping trips to Palma. The location is also perfect for excursions (we had a rental car) around the island - especially to the south and west of the island. The communication with the hosts Quicu and Susanna was always very warm and friendly. Everything went very uncomplicated and the reception by Enric (a friend of the two) in the apartment was also very friendly and uncomplicated. We can highly recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back!

Nos sentimos muy a gusto! La casa es muy bonita y tiene un Living muy espacioso donde pasábamos súper bien los ratos libres. No hay ruido lo cual era muy bueno para descansar bien! Y La cercanía del mal para ir a ver los atardeceres era un lujo!

Una vivienda espectacular para familias, limpia, amplia, soleada, en un entorno tranquilo, puedes controlar a los peques desde el salón mientras se bañan en la piscina, con una terraza espectacular con vistas al mar y a la ciudad de Palma. Con todos los servicios, tiendas etc. cerca. El trato con los propietarios muy, muy bueno. Se lo he recomendado a amigos porque merece la pena

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Alles war so wie wir uns es vorstellten. Beim check-in und out waren die Gastgeber sehr entgegenkommend und unkompliziert. Das Quartier hatte alles was wir brauchten. Es gab Empfehlungen für Gaststätten, die Gastgeber haben sich mehrfach erkundigt, ob wir Hilfe brauchen, einen schönen Dachgarten und die Zimmer waren top. Also, wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unseren Quartier und können es nur bestens Empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung überzeugt durch ihre Zentralheizung, die individuell eingestellt werden kann. Denn auch in Mallorca ist Winter. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr großzügig im Raumangebot, zwei moderne Bäder, zwei große Schlafzimmer, eine moderne Küche und ein großer Wohnraum. Hervorzuheben ist insbesondere die Qualität der Betten. Gewünscht hätten wir uns in der Küche einen Toaster. Ansonsten überzeugt die Lage: nicht der Lärm von Palma, aber einen schnelle Busverbindung ins Zentrum.

Tolle Sonnenuntergänge

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen und großzügigen Dachterrasse, von wo aus man tolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Die Ferienwohnungen ist zentral gelegen, eine tolle Lage um unterschiedliche Ausflüge zu starten. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Quicu und Susanna waren von Anfang an sehr bemüht, dass alles für uns unkompliziert abläuft und alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung und auf der Insel Vielen Dank nochmal an die sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieter.

Großzügige Wohnung in mallorquinischer Anlage

Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend für zwei Pärchen oder Familie mit zwei Kindern, da ein Trakt ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Bad und Ankleidezimmer hat. Das Wohnzimmer ist großzügig mit Blick zum Innenbereich mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool ausgerichtet. Wir haben die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden und Abendessen genutzt und sehr genossen .Im Sommer ist sicher die Klimaanlage sehr wertvoll. Die Wohnung war überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Bäder. Die Wohnung liegt in einem von Mallorquinern bewohnten Viertel Nähe des Meeres umgeben von schönen Spazierwegen und Badebuchten. Praktisch ist der gegenüber liegende Supermarkt und nette Restaurants sowie ausreichend Parkplätze. Aber auch wer die Abwechslung sucht, ist schnell im schönen Segelhafen oder an der Playa de Palma. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereite und liebenswerte Menschen, die uns immer mit Ratschlägen zur Seite standen.

Wunderschöner Mallorca-Urlaub im Winter!

Wir waren vom 19.12.-31.12.2019 im Ca Na Su und es war von Anfang an ein perfekter Urlaub mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Es stimmte alles von der Wegbeschreibung zur Wohnung, dem Check in mit Marta, der luxuriösen Wohnung bis zur Umgebung, die sehr ruhig aber dennoch zentral war. Fragen wurden sofort von Quicu und Susana beantwortet, obwohl sie nicht vor Ort waren. Lieber Quicu und Familie, wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit über Weihnachten bei euch und dafür ganz, ganz herzlichen Dank! Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal einen Urlaub in eurer wunderschönen Wohnung buchen und es wäre schön, wenn wir uns persönlich kennenlernen würden. Ganz, ganz herzliche Umarmung Renate

Zentral und ruhige Wohnung

In one word "fantastic", we never met such hospitable hosts!

Our welcome by Javier (a friend of the owners) was very cordial and friendly. The apartment is large, light, fully equipped and comfortably furnished, we felt immediately at home. At the end of our cycling days it was a wonderful place to return to. We loved the peace and quiet and especially the large roof terrace, to enjoy our meals. On the other side of the street you will find a supermarket, restaurants including terraces, so you don't necessarily have to go to El Arenal. By the way, you can walk along the sea boulevard in fifteen minutes to El Arenal, it's a lovely walk! But what made us feel most at home was the hospitality of our hosts Quicu and Susana; from our early spring reservation, through to our stay, they were always ready to inform us or help us in any way they could. We have never experienced this before on our previous trips and we are very grateful to them for that! Would we go back? Yes we would, and that is a very big YES ;-)

Peacefull and huge apartment in An quiey environment

We’d loved our stay in CaNaSu. The apartment is huge and has a lof of space, and is fully equiped. also the garden with the 3 Pools is very clean and here we were often alone. What we the most loved was the rooftop terrace where we had our breakfast every morning with a view on the sea. Also this terrace had a lot of space. If you don’t want to go out you don’t need to since there is a supermarket Down the road as well as An Italian , a burger, a spanish restaurant, , a coffee/breakfast place) and a café where you can have a drink with the locals.. The house is situated only a few minutes from the sea, and if you wish to be among the tourists you only have to do a 20 minute walk and you Will find beach, bars, resto’s, shops, enz... The hosts were always available online and they were very helpful and gave a lot of tips about the Island. CaNaSu was experienced by us as a place where we definitely would go back to.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage mit einer tollen Dachterrasse! Das Apartment ist großzügig, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns stets gut umsorgt gefühlt. Nochmal vielen Dank an Javier, Quicu und Susana! Wir hatten einen äußerst schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung für einen entspannten Mallorca Urlaub

Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche Anfang Juni in der Wohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß, liebvoll eingerichtet und hat neben den zwei Schlafzimmern auch 2 Bäder, sodass wir zu viert ausreichend Platz hatten. Besonders gefallen hat uns zudem die große Dachterasse, auf der man gemütlich frühstücken oder abends zusammensitzen kann. In dem Wohnungsareal gibt es drei gepflegte Pools. Wir haben dort kaum jemand angetroffen, sodass wir den Pool meistens für uns alleine hatten. In der Nähe gibt es auch eine kleine Bucht mit Sandstrand, direkt beim Haus befinden sich Klippen, von denen man eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer hat. Ein längeren Strandsand mit der typischen Mallorca-Touristen-Promenade erreicht man nach ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es auch ein paar gute Restaurants. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und sie haben uns auch einige Tipps, wie z. B. Restaurantempfehlungen gebeben. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

We enjoyed our visit very much and the owners, Quicu and Susana, made us feel very welcome. The apartment was beautiful with nice furniture. We loved to sit at the roof terrace! We had breakfast there in the morning and in the evening, a glass of wine watching the sunset. The garden with the pool was nice too although we did not use it much as it was in oktober. It was all very quiet. We also thought it was a very good location to go on different excursions.

Wunderbar

Das Haus entsprach genau meinen Erwartungen, mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse auf dem Dach . Wir haben jeden Tag dort oben gesessen,selbst an Regentagen. Was mir auch gut gefallen hat waren die Badezimmer und das Ankleidezimmer . Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.unser Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Petra und Peter

prima woning op gunstige locatie

De ruime woning op de eerste verdieping van een groot en vriendelijk appartementencomplex ligt tussen een groot strand (Arenal) en een kleine mooie baai (Cala Blava). Bijzonder goed eten op loopafstand bij 'Las Sirenas' bij de jachthaven maar ook tegenover het complex bij de ontbijtzaak 'Brioche' en de pizzeria. Uitstekende grutter vlakbij. Het is een prima locatie om te fietsen of met luchtbedden/stoelen langs de zee te verblijven. De gastvrouw en heer zijn buitengewoon betrokken en hulpvaardig.

Bienvenidos a Ca Na Su, somos una familia con dos peques y vivimos en esta casa desde hace 14 años. Durante algunos meses nos gusta compartir nuestro hogar con viajeros y turistas. Gracias a estas experiencias Ca Na Su está impregnada de mucho cariño y maravillosos momentos. Como podéis ver está ubicada en un entorno privilegiado y en una zona muy tranquila.

Con la ilusión de que os encontréis como en vuestro hogar, hemos dejado la casa completamente equipada, y decorada con cariño. Dispone de calefacción en invierno y aire acondicionado en verano. Los baños y las habitaciones son amplios y acogedores. La terraza es la guinda de la casa
, equipada con muebles de jardin de teca , tumbonas , parasol y ducha.
Las puestas de sol en la terraza son inolvidables.
