House 40 meters from the beach!

Recently renovated house, facing south/southwest, with an enclosed garden and private parking, located 40 meters from a beautiful family-friendly beach with direct access (no road to cross), in a small village near Saint-Malo with many amenities. Direct access to the hiking trails along the coast (GR34) and a bus stop 100 meters away.<br>First floor: an entryway, a living room (4-/5-seat sofa + dining table with extension leaves for 4/6/8 people). A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stovetop, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine + drip coffee maker, water filter pitcher, electric kettle, gas-powered sparkling water maker, teapot). Equipped laundry room (washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, toolbox). A master bedroom with closets, bathroom, and separate toilet.<br>First floor: two bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. One of the two bedrooms on the first floor has beds treated with a “natural anti-dust mite treatment”<br>Private parking (driveway) for 2 to 3 cars with an electric gate. <br>Crib / high chair / Wi-Fi (fiber) / gas and charcoal barbecue / television.<br><br><br>Cleaning fee (required): 90 EUR. <br><br>Optional: <br>Per person: fitted sheet / duvet cover / pillowcases (2 per person) / bath towels (2 per person) / to be paid upon arrival: 20€ per person.<br>I work in St-Malo, and my office is a 5-minute drive from the house, so I’m readily available to help if needed. <br>Within a 500-meter radius: doctor, pharmacy, tobacco shop, cafés (with outdoor seating), convenience store/butcher/delicatessen, restaurant and crêperie, caterer, bakery, florist, wine shop, chocolatier, hair salons, church, and sailing club. <br>Within a 3-kilometer radius: movie theater, supermarket, garden center, etc.
