THE APARTMENT
The apartment features the following floor plan:
- A decoration tastefully chosen by the owners for an effect “like at home” rather than “like at the hotel”.
- A large living room with wide bay window giving access to the terrace, furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV and a bookcase.
- A fully equipped separate kitchen.
- The terrace, with a view of the wooded park and the sea, featuring a dining table for 6 people on one side and patio furniture on the other.
- A first bedroom suite with a queen size bed, closet, and its private bathroom with a high tub and toilets.
- A second bedroom with a large closet and an adjoining bathroom.
- Separate toilets near the apartment entrance.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 8 minutes by car or by bus from the train station, or 30 minutes on foot.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
As you come out of the apartment building to enjoy a nice walk in the sun, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities:
- Within 7 minutes on foot: reach the Mouré Rouge beach and either go for a swim or have a cocktail at an outdoor cafe.
- 10 minutes away: take a stroll along the Croisette seafront, surrounded by luxury boutiques, palace hotels and fine sandy beaches.
- Also 10 minutes away: enjoy the quaint village atmosphere of the Palm Beach district and either buy a pizza to go, get some sun on a public bench at the Jardin des Hespérides park, or go for a petanque game with the locals at the Place de l’Étang.
And within less than 10 minutes by car:
- Visit the iconic Palais des Festivals.
- Discover the best restaurants in the center of Cannes (don’t hesitate to ask us for our favorite spots!)
- Explore the alleys of the medieval Le Suquet district and the church of Notre-Dame d’Espérance, with its panoramic view of Cannes and the sea…
- Change scenery and go to the beaches in Golfe-Juan
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Free street parking is available in the streets next to the apartment building location.
Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc...)
Daily essentials upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc...)
A Concierge Service is at your disposal during your entire stay.
Check-out is no later than 11 am and check-in no earlier than 4 pm. This is flexible depending on availability, of course: please do not hesitate to tell us if you wish to arrive before or leave later, we will be happy to accommodate whenever it is possible.
Arrivals can be with one of our staff until 10 pm in winter, and 11 pm in summer.
After-hour arrivals are only self-service via key lock boxes.
All the key lock boxes are located in front of our office at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin, in Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be retrieved from this location.
