Enjoy breath-taking views from this spacious one-bedroom, two-bath, gulf front unit in Tidewater. It features comfortable furnishings (two large recliners and a sofa), adjustable electric king-sized bed, stylish artwork and ambiance lighting! All spaces with the exception of the bathrooms benefit from the incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will have no problem hearing the calming sounds of the Gulf of Mexico from this condo!

BEACH CHAIRS INCLUDED! - Two seasonal (typically mid-March to the beginning of October) beach chairs and one umbrella are included with the rental of this condo.

About one-third of a mile from Pier Park, Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the most amenity-rich complexes on Panama City Beach (see photos). There is something for the enitre family to enjoy whether it is swimming, fitness, sauna, playing games or watching movies!

NO SMOKING IN THIS UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY! All guests staying at Tidewater adhere to the Homeowner's Association (HOA) policy of no-smoking. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in our rental units, on the balcony or in any common area on the Tidewater Property. If there is someone in your party that must smoke, smoking is allowed on the beach or OFF property only. If someone in your party is a smoker and cannot adhere to our policy, you may want to consider another unit. Thank you for your understanding and compliance!

Tidewater Beach Resort is located approximately 1/3 of a mile west of the Pier Park - the beach's biggest attraction! Pier Park boasts unique dining, entertainment and shopping experiences from Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Nashville's Tootsie's Orchid Lounge and national, regional and local retail merchants including two Starbucks!

Some facility amenities may not be available due to repairs. There are no refunds due to these closures as they are beyond our control.

We work hard to provide you a clean, well-maintained rental unit. Please report any concerns immediately to your rental agent so she can take care of them. You are responsible for bringing your own extra soaps/cleaning supplies/antibacterial items, laundry detergent, etc. We provide starter soaps only. We will not be leaving out decorative pillows or large bed comforters at this time. Sheets, light blanket and pillows supplied.

The clearance for the Tidewater parking garage is a maximum of 7 feet, so any guests with vehicles taller than 7 feet will need to make alternative parking arrangements during their stay at Tidewater. Trailers and golf carts are not allowed in the Tidewater parking garage.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 30 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.

HURRICANE POLICY: It is the Guest's responsibility to remain informed about the forecasted weather in the area and follow all orders from the local authorities. In the event a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the area, the guest must evacuate. We will refund a pro-rated amount of your rental fees for the nights under a mandatory evacuation.
