Echa un vistazo a las espectaculares vistas de Longs Peak desde esta moderna casa ubicada en Fish Creek. Te encantarán las vistas desde casi todas partes por dentro y por fuera. Ubicado en más de 1 acre de tierra para disfrutar.

Al entrar en esta casa actualizada, será recibido por la gran sala llena de luz con espectaculares vistas de Longs Peak, Mt. Meeker y Twin Sisters. La sala de estar cuenta con cómodos asientos, TV de pantalla plana con cable y reproductor de DVD, techos abovedados y pisos de madera en todas partes. Al lado de la sala de estar se encuentra el gran comedor con una mesa grande, ideal para cenar con su grupo. Hay una puerta corrediza de vidrio que conduce a la cubierta de gran tamaño, perfecta para absorber el aire de alta montaña y dejar entrar mucha luz natural. La cocina es un gran espacio con hermosos pisos de mosaico, todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, hermosos gabinetes de madera y encimeras de granito. A la vuelta de la esquina está la segunda sala de estar de gran tamaño con toneladas de cómodos asientos, TV con cable y reproductor de DVD / blue ray, sofá cama.

La amplia suite del dormitorio principal también se encuentra en el piso principal y tiene una cama king-size y un lujoso baño de 5 piezas en suite. El dormitorio principal también tiene excelentes vistas.

Arriba están los dos dormitorios más y un baño completo. Esta casa está ubicada justo al lado del sendero para caminar y andar en bicicleta Fish Creek, que te lleva a casi cualquier lugar al que quieras ir en el área de Estes Park. Fácil acceso a la ciudad y al Parque Nacional de las Montañas Rocosas.

Better than the pictures! We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The house is nice, clean and comfortable. Perfect location. Only 5-10 minute drive to get to almost everything. Nice to be out of the busy area as well. A lot of animals on the property.

Gorgeous!

We stayed here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with our family. It was a great fit for the 8 of us with plenty of room. The view from the patio is phenomenal and plenty of wildlife hangs out in the yard. And town is just a few minutes drive. Loved it here! Will stay again.

Amazing location and property

We had a fantastic time at this property!! It is a perfect location with beautiful Mountain Views! We had elk and deer pass right by the house! Very easily located to town. House is very clean with a great layout. Has everything you need. We were very happy with our stay and will be back again! Highly recommend to everyone!!

Perfect for Wildlife Viewing

We absolutely loved our stay at the sunburst cabin. We saw Elk in rut every evening and morning. We also saw deer. The house was perfect for a family with kids. So very peaceful!

Great Place!

Awesome place to stay! It was more then we expected! Nice size house, had toys and books for the kids.Pink pong ball and bikes in the garage with a walking path right out the front door. We had elk, mule deer and turkeys in the yard almost everyday. House is located on the edge of town so it was quite, but could be downtown in 5 mins. I would highly recommend!

Nice property

The house was well equipped and clean. It worked well for our family of 6 (4 kids between 11 and 5 years old). Neighborhood was quiet and in a good location. A shirt drive got you to the park, the lake or downtown. Great views off the deck and we have lots of wildlife running through the yard each day. The kids loves that.

Great place!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family and in-laws for our Colorado trip. I have a one year old that has a ton of energy and there was plenty of space for him to run around and play with all of the toys there. The first story has views of the mountains so it’s nice to enjoy some coffee while taking in the views. The house was super clean and well taken care of. The only thing that was remotely annoying was the sump-pump that was in the crawl space that would bang around every minute or so. I told Seth and he was very understanding and said that he would fix it right away. We would definitely come back to stay at this house!

We were not made aware that there was no AC in this house until we arrived at the house, in mid August, it was very warm, I was advised to open windows of which many had huge holes to allow for bugs to get in. When I called the office to inquire about why they don't make consumers aware on their listing they were very rude and with a smart alec attitude. There was also trash in the trash cans in the garage that smelled really bad. We also had to drive back to the office to turn in the keys instead of just leaving them at the house, seeing that check out was only 10:00am, this was an inconveinence. It was obvious they just want your money, (seeing they charged my credit card the full amount 3 weeks before I even arrived) I would go somewhere else, just because of their manners. When in public service there is a level of professionalism to be held accountable to. There are plenty of other nice rentals in Estes Park.

Great location

We visited Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado Spring-Garden of the gods and Pikes Peak, Boulder-Eldorado Canyon and Chautauqua state parks-picnic, Golden- water rafting or tubing and eats. We visited Faith.church in Denver. The house has everything we needed and we especially loved all the Elk in the. We did buy online and drive up at Safeway. Downtown Estes is quaint and great for shopping and snacking and easy to drive around. Trail Ridge Road is not scary. We bought 2 cans of oxygen at Dicks Sporting Goods in Denver which someone might need on Trail Ridge or Pikes Peak. Take 36 to Estes park entry and you’ll see Estes park sign and a pull off for pictures and you can feed the chipmunks out of your hand but buy the feed at a feed store, no bread please. We visited Bear lake Road and took the shuttle to the sights, Sheeps lake where you might see moose and big horn sheep early, alluvium falls, Lily lake and tundra communities trail in Rocky Mountain there is timed entry so you’ll need to book a month in advance on the first day of the month for the next month and do the plus entry for bear Lake You can do this in recreation.gov you can enter the park earlier than 9 without a reservation but not bear lake. It is only 15 minutes so if you want to go in at 7 to chance a glimpse at the sheep or moose each morning you could. Mustain MTN Coaster rides and horse back riding are in Estes Park.

Amazing property

We stayed during the last week of December. Property was quite impressive…clean and had all the amenities and extras beyond our expectations for a family stay. Those extras little touches are the most appreciated and will definitely bring us back again. It is roomy yet cozy for our family and close and convenient to town and all town amenities too. The views from this property are spectacular! Thank you for a wonderful home away from home experience!

Christmas in Estes Park

We enjoyed the Sunburst Cabin, very roomy with great amenities. Location was close to Village and RMNP. Glad we had an AWD vehicle as it snowed much of the time we were there and the driveway had a bit of an incline. Was a great place for Christmas in Estes Park

All the comforts of home.

The property location was great, the scenery was beautiful, and the house was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. We hated to leave and would love to return.

Great, CLEAN property

We have stayed in many rental homes in Estes park as well as other states and this is probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Great location, large outdoor space. The house was much larger than we anticipated, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Wonderful experience.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

We were here for a low key weekend that included a 1/2 marathon and a ton of hiking in RMNP. The house was a perfect fit for our group of 8 adults. Enough space for us to be able to enjoy each other’s company, but also have time to ourselves if needed. The deck was the perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee or a meal and the view of Longs Peak. A sidewalk trail is accessible from the driveway. One direction takes you past the gorgeous Lake Estes golf course and the other direction brings you closer to the Rockies. Wildlife and flowers were abundant.

Beautiful spot!

This house was in a gorgeous location, with views of mountains all around. It was so easy to hop on the bike path that goes right in front of the property. The area is quiet and there were plenty of elk to see from the property and in short walks. The only issues with the property were some of the furniture wasn’t in the greatest condition and there was a banging sound, probably the heater or water heater, that would randomly sound at any time, like someone slamming a door. House layout was great. Back deck was my favorite spot.
