House with Private Pool and Backyard Oasis

Enjoy all the comforts of home while visiting Charlotte. Beautifully decorated and featuring a large in-ground pool, plenty of outdoor seating, and even an outdoor television. Note that all guests must agree to the attached liability waiver and by booking it is assumed you have read and agree to the contract.

Bedroom 1: King Bed
Bedroom 2: Double Bed
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds with pull-out trundles (beds have regular mattresses, trundles have futon mattresses)

Kitchen: Fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishware & flatware, cooking basics, Crock-Pot, toaster, island w/ seating

Indoor living: Living room with Smart TV (no cable, bring your own device logins and passwords ), dining table with six chairs, ceiling fans, front office with desk/workstation. Note that fireplace is decorative and not functional.

Outdoor living: swimming pool, covered back patio w/ seating, patio furniture, fully-fenced yard. Note that there is NO separate fence around the pool. The house backs up to trees and offers privacy. The pool is serviced weekly March through September. The pool is not serviced October through February and cannot be used during that time period. The pool is NOT heated and will likely be cold in the fall and early spring.

While the pool is professionally serviced and cleaned on a regular basis from March - September, this is an outdoor pool in an area with a lot of trees. Guests should expect to have to skim the pool, most likely daily, due to the amount of trees in the area. A pool skimmer is provided. NO swimming is permitted 10/1 - 2/28.

General: Free WiFi, washer & dryer on 2nd floor, towels & linens, complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), central A/C & heat, keypad entry, hangers, trash bags & paper towels.

Suitability: All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. You are welcome to bring children but please note that there is no separate fence around the pool so they must be closely monitored at all times. Doors and windows leading to the backyard must be closed and locked at all times. There is no gate at the top or bottom of the stairs.

Pets: sorry, no pets.

Noise: this is a family friendly neighborhood. Guests must abide by local noise ordinances and quiet hours of 9 pm - 7 am.

Security: external security devices (doorbell camera, outdoor floodlight camera in front yard and back yard. Exterior cameras record video and audio. No cameras inside.)

Parking: Driveway parking up to four vehicles. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and not in the street. No more than 4 vehicles permitted at any time.

Guests are provided paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent to last approximately 6 nights. In exchange for a discounted longer term rate, stays 1 week or longer may find that they need to replenish these items during their stay.

The pool is maintained professionally. Our goal is for it to be available for guests. We do not anticipate any issues. However, be aware there is no guarantee that pool will be available due to nature of maintaining a pool. For example, a treatment may be required or rain/wind blown contaminants may have impacted pool chemistry, or prior guest may have contaminated pool. If an event like that does occur, we will do everything we can to have the pool up and running as quickly as possible Thank you for understanding.

Indoor temperature is controlled through a nest thermostat. Guests are able to adjust the heat up to 74 degrees or the AC down to 68 degrees.

No smoking inside or in garage | Max occupancy 10 guests, no exceptions | No parties or events, no exceptions. Pool and lawn are maintained on a weekly basis with professional, licensed local companies. Representatives from those companies will be by for 15-30 minutes on weekly basis to perform their services between 8 am and 6 pm. Their schedules are subject to change based on weather so we are unable to provide an exact day of the week or time. They will only access the exterior of the home.
