The upper deck overlooking the ocean and sunset and natural pond back deck has a propane barbecue with tools, a patio table with chairs and an umbrella. .chairs to sit and view the pond, , The private beach is down a lovely path only a few minutes walk away from your door. Water is clean, sand is soft and plentiful, sand bars are exposed at low tide and you would be hard pressed to see many other people. Don't forget about the romantic spectacular sunset directly over the ocean directly in front of the Loft as you drink from your wine glass with your favorite wine . The entire time, you will have undisturbed peace and quiet with no sounds coming from road traffic or from the neighbors. At night, the stars are bright, the sky is dark and the only sounds are coming from the diverse Eco-system of the ocean . It is a magical melodic hypnotic symphony of waves crashing.
