Same great beach, house seems neglected

We love to stay in this house because it accommodates our extended family of 13 individuals. However, the house is really in need of some maintenance this year. Mold on downstairs bathroom ceiling, one dishwasher not working, air vents in bathrooms rusted, wood floors in need of refinishing, warped boards on path to beach, loose finials on outdoor staircases, etc. Beach is lovely as always. It would be really helpful if edges of steps on path to beach were painted yellow to help those with visual impairments see where the steps are.

All Decked Out Review

The home was amazing, beautifully done and well stocked, there was plenty of space for my crew. There was an issue with the first-floor ac but great communication with our property manager. Would definitely consider again for a future staycation!

Anniversary Party

What a gorgeous place! Everything about it was just perfect for our family. We loved the big table that we all could sit and eat at, the view, and the wraparound porches. The big backyard to throw a football, play catch and kick around a soccer ball was a definite plus for us. Swimming in a warm pool in March was a treat for winter-weary northerners and the beach was close too! Proximity to a grocery store was also a plus. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets … and some of us even saw gorgeous sunrises too. All in all, we wouldn’t have changed a thing. (Except maybe the water temperature in the ocean.) “Best vacation ever!” said our twelve-year-old. We all agreed.

Excellent for multiple families with children

Great space for a large extended family! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, great kitchen space with adjoining family room. Pool was clean and the walk to the beach was just down the property path The big complaint was that the floors were very dirty and so were the outside porches! I should have called to complain. Also, 2 broken handles to doors which made it annoying. I wouldn’t go back since the house should have been clean.

Had a wonderful time

House was perfect for our extended family and kitchen was especially well equipped. We used all bedrooms. Tiny issues: downstairs bedrooms that shared bath were freezing, hard to regulate temperature. One upstairs queen BR had very uncomfortable mattress. Inside of house was clean but screened porch off LR was very dirty and had lots of food trash and wrappers from previous guests. Our grandchildren got filthy whenever they were out there. Needs pressure washing. All in all would recommend house, just listing negatives so they can be addressed by management.

Location great!

Access to beach is this rental’s best asset. Combined with a private pool meant our kids were never bored and slept well every night! House could use a good floor to ceiling cleaning! Paper towels, garbage bags, and dish washer detergent should be provided given the price to rent!

Girls weekend

Property was as pictured. Great common space with large table and kitchen island and living space. Well equipped with kitchen supplies for size of house (2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, etc). Property is appropriately priced for what it is: very clean and it's not brand new (there is wear and tear).

Good Times

We had a great stay at “All Decked Out”. The house size was perfect for our family, we did a lot of cooking in the large kitchen, and the beach was right down the path. We made some wonderful memories this past week.

Beautiful home, great pool, all in perfect condition

Beautiful home and pool. Well stocked kitchen. Our rental agent couldnt have done more to make our stay more perfect. From a welcoming bouquet, to having someone come over right away with a few things we needed. Nothing was overlooked. The best rental house our family has ever used!

Great Beach Property for a Group!

This was a great property for our group. Right on the beach, plenty of space, and we loved having a pool, too. The pool was a little small for the number of kids we had, but we spent a lot of time on the beach, too. Walkable to some restaurants and shops and close to the grocery store. Great for large groups, families and friends. Two of the bathrooms are connected to two bedrooms each, so keep in mind when you are booking. Also - Ubers are a bit difficult to get on Isle of Palms.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family of 13 (adults and children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The standout feature was the incredible location, right on the beach with private access. The house was plenty big for our group. The kids loved using the pool too. We enjoyed the BBQ and also utilized the fire pit at night which was awesome!! The property management company was extremely attentive and responsive. We were very appreciative for their help during our stay. The house could definitely be given a little face lift with some heavy cleaning and fixing (e.g., electrical plates are missing) and some fresh paint as there are scratches and marks on walls and doors. It looks like the house is a bit work out from all the visitors!! The water situation was a bit strange too as the hot was cold and cold was hot. We had a few issues with hot water but it all worked out. All in all we had a terrific time on our vacation and would definitely recommend!

Perfect beach house

The layout of the house and location makes for a perfect beach home. Property management was very responsive to unexpected maintenance. Stayed at the same house 14 yrs ago. The renovations made since them makes it a truly great house.

Our beach vacation

Lots of space for the 16 of us. The kitchen could use some new pots and pans. Loved having 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. We all had a great time.

The perfect family house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at all decked out! It’s a beautiful house, amazing views and the ocean access is simply amazing!! The beach was a little chilly during our stay so it was so nice having the heated pool as an option! The pool isn’t the largest or cleanest but it was still enjoyable! The space is amazing with room for families to have their individual space and gather for meals and fun in the kitchen and living area! The Only downfall of our stay is the house literally had nothing in it! Ex: No garbage bags, dish soap, spices, laundry detergent. Other properties we’ve stayed at had the necessities that were nice so just be prepared to purchase those things.

Expensive, but worth it

The house is beautiful, and really has everything you could need. We enjoyed it in the dead of winter, but the kids loved the heated pool and the easy access to the beach. The views from the decks are terrific, and everything was clean and seemingly very new. Management was terrifically responsive and helpful. Love this place.
