Este apartamento de 2 dormitorios perfectamente ubicado con terraza, vistas al mar y wifi, está justo al lado de la plaza principal en el acogedor complejo costero de El Médano. El apartamento está a 1 minuto a pie de la playa con restaurantes, bares, tiendas, parques infantiles y supermercados frente al mar, todo a mano. El Médano se encuentra en el sur de Tenerife, con una hermosa playa natural popular tanto para familias como para practicar deportes acuáticos como windsurf y kitesurf. El Médano está bien situado para explorar el resto de Tenerife.
El apartamento tiene una espaciosa habitación doble y un segundo dormitorio con una cama individual y una cama plegable debajo. Cuenta con una gran sala de estar, área de cocina y una amplia terraza que incluye una mesa para comer al aire libre. Una cuna y silla alta también están disponibles si es necesario.

Great location

Compact, well equipped overlooking main square but no noise from bars . Great for people watching and close to beach, shops etc . Owner met us as planned and was very helpful . Highly recommended .

Cosy appartment and very friendly hosts

We totally recommend a stay at Alberto's place! We stayed there with our 3-year-old child for 10 days. We were cordially received by Celia, who showed us everything. The appartment is fully equipped (towels, kitchenware, laundry machine, games, travel guides,and many things more), very comfortable and has an amazing view from the living room and the balcony. As we were travelling with a little child, we spent most evenings at home enjoying the nice sunset from the balcony, but we could still enjoy the lively, young atmosphere of the neighbourhood. The appartment is located at the main square of El Médano, which is nice because you have supermarkets, very good restaurants, cafés, a bakery, a playground and the beach just around the corner. There is a little market for food on Wednesdays and for clothes/souvernirs on Saturdays. Although the appartment faces the main square and the airport is nearby, you don't hear any noise when the windows are closed. We never slept with open windows because the outside temperature was chilly during the night. There is a parking space in the garage, which is small, but as we had a small car, we had no problems using it. I think with a bigger car parking there can be challenging. In this case you could park outside on the streets. Communication was easy with Alberto and Celia, they even checked on us regularly during our stay in order to make sure that we were not missing anything. We would be happy to come back!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, die Wohnung direkt am Meer, alles gut erreichbar. In der Wohnung alles vorhanden…Abends spielten viele Kinder auf dem großen Marktplatz und auch anderer Lärm war vorhanden. Dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts. Vielleicht ist es für andere Gäste perfekt… wenn man Ruhe will ist es nicht gerade perfekt. Wir waren 4 Personen zwischen 67 - 72 Jahren und noch voll im Berufsleben, dann brauchten wir ein wenig Ruhe. Die Wohnung ist nicht hellhörig, sie hat sehr gute Türen zum Balkon, wenn man sie zugemacht hat, hat man nichts mehr gehört. Also waren wir zufrieden, die Wohnung ist ja auch Preisgünstig. Trotzdem war der Urlaub schön, es war alles zu Fuß erreichbar und wir sind dankbar für die schöne Zeit. Danke

Wij hebben, met onze dochter van 1,5 jaar, een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het appartement is knus ingericht, heeft een heerlijk balkon met uitzicht over het plein. Het is niet superstil, er is veel leven op het plein, maar goed isolerende ramen en deuren zorgen voor goede stilte tijdens het slapen. Ideaal voor bezoek met jong kind. Er is een klein bad, speelgoed, kinderbedje en een speeltuintje en het strand recht onder het appartement. De eigenaren zijn zeer gastvriendelijk, een warm ontvangst, goed bereikbaar, en houden contact tijdens het verblijf om zeker te weten dat je het naar je zin hebt. Wij komen zeker een keer terug!

Zentrale Lage direkt am Meer mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Wir wurden von Celia und Alberto sehr freundlich empfangen. Nach einer Einweisung in die Wohnung zeigten sie uns einige empfehlenswerte Restaurants in Medano. Wir waren häufig im Restaurant Familia und immer sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung liegt an einem sehr belebten Platz mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt, Bäcker etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lautstärke wird durch eine sehr gute Fensterisolierung gedämmt, Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist jedoch durch den vorhandenen Lärmpegel nicht sehr erholsam. Leider wird es in den Sommermonaten durch die direkte Sonneneinstrahlung über den eingelassenen Balkon in den Räumen sehr warm. Da wie beschrieben nachts durch den Lärmpegel keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit besteht war an einen erholsamen Schlaf leider nicht zudenken. Abhilfe könnte eine Markise als Sonnenschutz schaffen. Das Mobiliar mit hölzernen Klappstühlen war für uns ungemütlich. Insgesamt können wir die bisher uneingeschränkt positiven Bewertungen aus unserer Sicht nur bedingt nachvollziehen.

Perfectly located for everyone who loves to enjoy El Medano and for groups of 3, maybe 4 people - also kids. If you plan to rent a car, don't choose the biggest one. First: there's even an underground parking space included, which is really nice to have, but second: There is no need for a car. You can reach everything by foot. Beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, taxi stand, bus stop... hope to stay there soon again! Thanks for taking care of us so nicely

Der beste Platz für eine schöne Zeit

Das Apartment von Alberto und Cecil ist toll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Direkt an der Plazza von El Medano gelegen, ist es zentraler eigentlich gar nicht möglich. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG und kann per Aufzug erreicht werden. Bis zum Strand sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Plazza ist von Morgens bis Abends belebt. 2 Mal in der Woche findet ein Markt statt. Die Fenster halten allerdings jegliche Lautstärke fern. Wir planen bereits unseren nächsten Urlaub in El Medano, da uns der Aufenthalt so gut gefallen hat.

Im Herzen von El Médano...

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Alberto war schon im Vorfeld sehr angenehm, er und seine Frau haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert und waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen am Marktplatz mit Blick aufs Meer, super sauber und hat alles, was man sich wünscht und braucht. Klare Empfehlung.

Tolle Wohnung und sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter . . .

Als Senioren (75/71 Jahre) hatten wir vier superentspannte Wochen in dieser wunderbar aufgeteilten, toll eingerichteten Wohnung genossen. Fasziniert hat uns die geräumige Loggia. Die durch eine fast bodentiefe Glasscheibe einen wunderschönen freien Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf Bade- u. Surfstrand und den Atlantik erlaubt und das Frühstück sowie die Abende (mit Kerzenlicht) dort zur Pflicht wurden (großer runder Tisch/vier Stühle). Die sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter .. Alberto & Celia .. haben durch einen Umbau von Fenster und Terrassentüren erreicht, die Wohnung zu einer “Ruheoase“ zu machen. Trotz der besonders belebten Lage .. mitten drin .. Marktplatz (Wochenmarkt) und Restaurants! Man hat nur kurze Wege zum Strand, Kiosk (deutsche Zeitschriften), Bank/Geldautomat (mehrsprachig, auch Deutsch), Toristen-Info, Taxistand, Discounter und eine Eisdiele .. alles direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Ärztecentrum (auch deutschsprachig) cirka 10 Minuten Fußweg. im Bereich Marktplatz/Strandpromenade kontinuierlich Polizeipäsenz und Badeaufsicht durch Rettungsschwimmer (09:00 - 18:00). Strandbereich und Marktplatz werden täglich gereinigt. Eine Umstellung für uns Deutsche .. der anfallende Hausmüll .. diesen muß man an nahegelegenen Sammelstellen entsorgen. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte hervorragend, wir kamen mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen am ElMedano-Marktplatz an .. wurden dort schon von Alberto erwartet und in die Wohnung geführt. Obwohl wir zwei “Alten“ nur “a little bit englisch“ und kein spanich sprechen .. Alberto & Celia nur englisch/spanisch .. haben wir uns doch verständigen können und uns sehr angenehm, ja freundschaftlich von ihnen betreut gefühlt. Was für uns dann zum “Wellnessurlaub-Pur“ wurde und wir umgehend erneut für “Weihnachten/Silvester 2019-20“ gebucht haben! Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen . . danke Alberto und Celia!

Great!

The apartment location is pefect. We spent Easter here and enjoyed all days. On the square in front there was a party atmosphere and although loud music was played, the good windows minimized the sound. The apartment is very cozy decorated and here is all you need. The condition of the apartment was very good and clean. As a warm welcome there was wine and water in the fridge. The meeting with the hosts Celia and Alberto was very postive and they were very helpful during our vacation. We are looking forward to our next visit! Greetings Line & Jes

Perfect apartment in a beautiful location

Have visited the area a few times now but will never be tempted to book anywhere but here. The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay and the views are stunning. The owners Alberto and Celia are so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Just to add there is no worry of any noise in the evenings from the square as the new windows are brilliant!!!! In previous apartments we have been woken up early due to noise from the markets being set up and bars closing late in the evening but in this apartment noise is not a problem. Only been home for 2 days and can't wait to return!!!! Thanks for a great holiday x

wonderful apartment near the beach

The apartments is near the beach in el Medano. In the morning you can have breakfast on the balcony with a beautiful view on the sea. Everything was new and clean. The kitchen is fully equipted. El medano it self is a nice little town with lots of bars and restautants. You will just 10 minutes from the airport. A big thank you to Alberto and Celia for this great holidays:D

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem angenehmen Ort

Der Empfang war sehr nett und die Wohnung war toll. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Die Angaben im Inserat sind zutreffend und die Bilder entsprechen die Realität. Das Internet ist schnell. Die Wohnlage ist ideal: 50 meter vom Strand, an einem lebhaften Platz mit gemütlichen Bars und Restaurants. Terrasse mit Blick auf Montaña Roja, Meer und Abendsonne. Für einen freien Parkplatz in der Nähe braucht mann viel Glück. Die Wohnung und auch El Médano als Urlaubsort sind sehr zu empfehlen.
