Inmaculada villa de dos dormitorios / dos baños en un nivel en una pequeña y exclusiva comunidad de condominios de barrera en la isla. ¡CAMINATA DE DOS MINUTOS AL ACCESO PRIVADO AL OCÉANO! La propiedad de Coralstone en sí está justo en la pintoresca ruta A1A y el complejo de 69 unidades es conocido por su exuberante vegetación tropical y sus comodidades y actividades superiores a la media.

El plan de piso para inquilinos cuenta con dos habitaciones principales con baño privado, ideales para una o dos parejas. Una gran sala de estar, una sala familiar de gran tamaño con un área de oficina separada, una cocina totalmente equipada, un comedor separado y un pequeño patio al aire libre completan su paraíso vacacional. Este no es su típico condominio 2/2, ¡piense en GRANDE y BRILLANTE!

Además de la espectacular y muy tranquila playa del océano, los visitantes encontrarán el Disney's Vero Resort Hotel (con restaurantes públicos, snack bar y tienda de regalos), el histórico Jungle Trail (ideal para caminar o andar en bicicleta), una pizzería y una sub tienda en el vecindario, y una tienda de delicatessen y tienda de moda junto a la playa, todo a poca distancia a pie.

El uso de la piscina climatizada privada de Coralstone, la casa club, las canchas de tenis y pickleball y el gimnasio con sauna están incluidos en su lujosa estadía de vacaciones. Además, hay un programa semanal muy diverso de actividades opcionales que incluyen eventos sociales de suerte los viernes por la noche, noches de juegos, club de lectura, grupo de caminatas y otros eventos especiales que ocurren en la temporada (enero a marzo).

Everything about my stay was wonderful! AWESOME!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Coralstone. Both owners and guests were friendly. The condo had everything you can imagine. We enjoyed some of the activities: pot luck dinner, bingo, trivia, and of course sitting by the pool. The beach was just across the street, as well as Disney's Vero Beach Resort. Our hosts provided restaurants, nearby activities and all sorts of booklets. We would stay again in a heartbeat if time permits.

Great vacation spot

Rented March 2020....the condo was beautiful and very clean. Ended up cooking as restaurants were closed due to corona virus and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Kevin and Kathy were a delight to deal with. The community is beautiful with a fabulous pool and access to a wonderful beach . I would not hesitate to stay here again

A Slice of Paradise

Staying at Coralstone was an absolutely wonderful experience! The property was breath taking and in a convenient location to beaches (walking distance), shopping and restaurants (15 minutes driving). It was extremely easy and effortless to communicate with the hosts, who answered all of our questions and gave us fabulous recommendations to check out. Coral stone is truly a home away from home in a community that is extremely welcoming and safe. The condo is well-equipped and met all of our needs while we were working and visiting in the area. We hope to find ourselves back at Coralstone in the future as it was the best place we have stayed yet.

Exemplary, relaxing, beautiful and fun!!

Wonderful experience!! Owners are honest and hospitable people who take great pride in both their beautiful condo and providing great communication and meticulous details about everything and anything you can think of. We felt we truly were able to relax and unwind from our regular life and just enjoy all that the community and condo had to offer. The beautiful condo was well taken care of and provided great amenities. We loved the pool, the scenery of the old, established oaks, palms and many varieties of tropical plants, and many walks on the beach (which has private access). I highly recommend!! A big thanks to the owners for providing an exemplary example of excellent customer service.

April ‘24

Kathy and Kevin were the best! They went out of their way to make our stay so special. We were offered bikes, museum passes, info on concerts, and Kevin even used his pump to blow up two rafts for our grandchildren! Not an easy task! The condo included everything you could possibly need or want, the pool is very large, and just a short walk from the condo. The beach is spectacular, virtually empty, and again, just a short walk. We enjoyed meeting many other owners and renters who couldn’t have been nicer or more inviting. And if you play Pickleball, you can play three times a week with a great group of people! Finally, Kathy and Kevin are lovely couple who enjoy meeting new people, and might even invite you for breakfast where you’ll spend the whole morning sharing stories. We look forward to seeing all our new friends at Coralstone next year!

We loved our stay at this condo!

We loved our stay at this condo! It is spacious, very well equipped, and the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it to others! The condo is very spacious and clean. There are multiple areas to relax with huge sofas and other seating areas. We loved the beautiful artwork in every room, as it makes the space feel so much more like a real home. The owners, Kevin and Kathy, are absolutely wonderful. They were very helpful during the booking process and our travel to the condo. They have a keen eye for detail, which we appreciate. There were very detailed instructions on how everything in the home worked, and the main welcome instruction overview was personalized to cater to our specific needs – we were staying here with our newborn son that just joined our family through adoption. We got a tour of the house and the area, and Kevin and Kathy were always available and responsive if we had any questions. They made us feel so welcome, which we treasured at this special stage in our life. The surrounding area is beautiful, with well-maintained flora and also some wildlife (e.g., bunnies, small turtles). There is a pool for residents and a spacious community area where there is for example a library and a TV with some DVDs. The other residents of the area were also incredibly friendly – which, as a gay couple, we always appreciate extra. The beach is within walking distance and the house has all the material you need for a visit there (towels, beach seats, etc). Overall, we really loved our stay here. The home was already great on its own, but the owners truly make this place stand out compared to others!

Our aim is to always make guests feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible while visiting with us. It appears that we succeeded. You were fantastic guests and we would welcome you back anytime. NOTE TO REVIEW READERS: This VRBO booking was done by a foreign travel agent on behalf of her international clients who stayed with us and who wrote the above review. It was our first rental experience with a travel agent, which added a fair amount of complexity to the situation (guests needing government travel permits and other documents from two countries, last-minute arrival and departure changes, waiting for a passport for the new baby, etc.). This complicated stay was planned with less than 2 weeks advance notice! The travel agent, guests, and us as hosts handled things very well, I think, as we all navigated the somewhat different circumstances of this unique and exciting rental.

Excellent Stay

The condo association is in a great location - a few minutes walk to the ocean, a few minutes further to a nice public beach with a snack shop. Kevin & Kathy's condo in particular was wonderful - very clean, cozy, modern, all the amenities you would want. I definitely plan to return!

Lovely, welcome and comfortable. A gem!

I traveled to Florida to be near my Dad and I could not have been happier with this gem of a find. I've already booked a return visit! Everything was exactly as described - a bright and cheery home-away-from-home in a lush, gated community, just steps to the beach. The hosts could not be more gracious! From the easy instruction how-to videos for cable and thermostat, to the well-stocked kitchen and local paper delivery, they've thought of everything. You can even leave the bulky beach towels at home, they've got you covered. I enjoyed morning walks on the local trails and afternoon dips in the community's private swimming pool. I've been coming to lovely Vero Beach for years and I'm glad I've found this spot. I highly recommend it.

Vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows give the unit a feel that is much bigger than its 1,515 sq ft size. The previous wall-to-wall carpeting was recently removed and replaced with tile throughout, giving the condo an even brighter and sleeker appearance with less maintenance for our guests.
