¡Casa grande, recientemente remodelada en North Spokane que contiene cinco habitaciones y dos baños! También tenemos un bolígrafo para que tus pequeños duerman. Esta casa es ideal para que familiares y amigos se reúnan, ya que tenemos mucho espacio para acomodar a grandes cantidades de personas. Nuestra casa está administrada profesionalmente para que su estadía sea lo más agradable posible. El sótano cuenta con una gran sala familiar y Smart TV. It was a good place to stay..It was really spacious for our group of 13. I have to mention that the downstairs was cold but we made it work. Location was great Everything seem closed by!!

Good stay

Good place for a big family. We enjoyed it and wished would of stay longer. Owner is very attentive and make sure your comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great house for large family

Great layout for large family group. House was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the pingpong table! Easy access to downtown Spokane and all the colleges. We were there to celebrate our WSU Nursing College grad and loved having a the house to gather and hang out at between grad activities over the long weekend.

Nice place in a great location

This property was in the perfect location for our needs with plenty of room. The host was great and very helpful. Highly recommend to anyone.

Will do it again

It was a nice place to stay at. We had everything we needed in the home which made it simple for our group of 13. I had never done a rental like this always hotels but because of my experience with this home i will do again. I will seek this home again next year as we do this family trip every year. I recommend this property to those looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Nice Place

This was a nice place for the weekend get together. Close to downtown and many attractions. We had a great time. The only suggestion would be to have a designated recycling bin for cans and glass.

Not Pleasant

It was a nice big home, plenty of rooms for larger groups. The listing says it sleeps 15 with 6 bedrooms, but you get charged an extra $20 per person over 6 people. It was a convenient location, but the property was poorly managed. First and foremost, the A/C did NOT work. It never got below 80 degrees during a hot & humid weekend, which led to a very unpleasant stay. The corners that were cut to save a buck was annoying as well, only one trash bag, one paper towel roll, and one roll of TP in each bathroom, so we had to purchase ourselves. The trash was loaded when we got there, and was never picked up, which meant we had to dispose of our trash another way. Also, who has ever heard of a 10am checkout? All in all, not impressed with where these vacation rentals are going. Charging for everything under the sun, and skimping on amenities to help with property manager bottom line. The Roomley team was responsive, but could tell their only concern was the margin.

Great Stay!

What we loved! ~ Clean, cozy, comfortable! ~ Coffee pods and cream ready to go ~ The small office in the back was well utilized and loved ~ Three stories offered space and distance for our family of 9 to spread out ~ 2 pack n plays, a baby gate, a high chair and toys were all provided for our little one If you get cold easily, I'd recommend bringing additional blankets. I think we found one extra in the living room is all. Absolutely great stay in a wonderful and well-loved home - would stay again! 10/10

Beautiful home, great host

The host was very communicative and kind, checking on us all throughout the trip and ensuring we had everything we needed. We had a big group of Gonzaga alums and this house provided us with the perfect space for all of us to come together again. Such a great experience!

Decent location, size was accommodating

This is a great place if you are looking for a large house with places to spread out. All three floors have bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is easy to serve a large family in. I would not recommend if you are different sleeping schedules though. The walls and floors are not insulated at all and every room can hear everything. Especially the downstairs rooms hear every footstep on the main floor. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. Street parking seemed safe enough. The owners could spend a few bucks on better hangers (they were all wire), brighter light bulbs, and softer pillows! All in all it met our needs.

Location!

Great location. Overall a nice place to stay for a long weekend. The kitchen has mostly everything we needed. Only bummer was the late check in time.

Awesome and big

We loved staying here. I have a large family and it was big enough to accommodate us all. The beds were super comfy and the ping pong table was a hit with the teenagers. If we stay in sookane again we will be staying here. Thanks for the great hospitality :)

Not what we expected!

The property is not equipped for 15 people as stated. There are only 12 beds. The upstairs is an attic within no insulation. In the summer it’s impossible to sleep there. So that eliminates 4 sleeping spots. We had to purchase fans, air mattresses and sleeping bags. The neighborhood is not in a new “Hipster” neighborhood. It’s loud, there are strangers walking in the alley behind the house and there’s no way kids would be safe outside! We were disappointed in the kitchen ware. There was nothing to prepare food for 15 people. The can opener didn’t even work. We had a wonderful family trip, but I’m sorry... the house was disappointing! The heat was in the 60 downstairs 80+ middle floor and 80-90+ upstairs. It’s hard to have a fun vacation when you hate going back to the house and you don’t sleep due to the heat! The other houses around the neighborhood are run down and the neighbors whistled at our girls when they went outside! It was uncomfortable and rude! Now Jeff who is the host is awesome! I’m Wondering if it’s been awhile since he’s been there. The bath tub was so dirty, it was hard to shower in it! I would suggest that Jeff goes and takes a look! Add another electric air conditioner upstairs. It just cost us a lot more to stay there! Sorry, but this need to be described accurately!

House was as advertised. Nice kitchen. Baths a bit small, and owner only left one bath towel per guest. The explanation given was could wash towel as needed. Manager did bring Xtra towels at our request

Feb visit

Loved the house. Very clean, well stocked. Directions to house, check in and out super easy. We had 5 adults and 1 four year old and where able to spread out and have own space for sleeping . We didn’t even use the 3rd floor at all. Our 4 year old grandson enjoyed all the games/toys there especially ping pong. We where in town for a wedding so we had family staying elsewhere and they would come to visit and everyone commented how nice the house was . The living room and dining area was big enough for nice visits and meals with other family members visiting. Quiet neighborhood. Our grandson played in front yard in the snow and it was nice it was all fenced for his safety. We want to come back in the summer to explore more.
