Villa Morelle is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, surrounded by stunning Caribbean nature. The villa features a private pool with hammocks, lounge chairs, a trampoline, and an outdoor shower. Right in front of the pool is a very large, well-ventilated, shaded terrace (130 square meters) with a dining area offering views of the ocean, the beach, the pool, and the garden. The three beaches closest to the villa are: Alizés Beach, Morel Beach, and Dauphins Beach. All three beaches are very easily accessible on foot. All the bedrooms are spacious and sunlit, and they, too, offer views of the pool, the garden, and the beach. In the tropical garden, nestled among Guadeloupean flora, you can even pick your own bananas, guavas, and papayas!

In addition to the house, there are numerous attractions such as Autre Bord Beach, just 40 meters from the villa, and a park with fitness equipment and a jogging trail 20 meters from the villa. A little further away, 1 kilometer from the house, there is a sports complex with tennis courts, a public swimming pool, and outdoor volleyball courts. Right next to this complex is Plage du Bourg. This beach is an ideal spot for everyone thanks to the coral reef that protects it.

Villa Morelle is a private villa located 5 km from the town center of Le Moule. Two kilometers from the house, you can rent canoes and kayaks on a beach very close to the mangrove forest. Nearby, there is a market selling fresh fish caught daily by local fishermen. Finally, 2 kilometers from the house, there is also a supermarket to meet all your needs.
