Property was pictured as listed. It was VERY clean upon arrival and easy check in process. That mattress in the bedroom is very HARD and also felt at night it got hot in the room. That was really our only problem with the condo. I would change out trashcan in kitchen too, it was hard to put trash bags in it cause of how wide the top is. This is our second time to stay at this resort and the elevators was horrendous I know not condo people problem just fyi LONG waits! Definitely bring extra toiletries and trash bags etc cause like they said they only leave one of each and that’s it.

Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this building many times before in other condos because we love the proximity to the beach, beach views, building amenities and proximity to restaurants. I could not recommend this building more!!! The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. Great communication with management company all around. The only negative is the main bed is very very firm and therefore never really got a solid night’s sleep on the whole trip. A mattress topper would make a tremendous difference for this condo comfort. Aside from that, everything was perfect!

Great location on the beach with little ts to do within walking distance. There are shops, restaurants, and putt-putt all within a short walk from the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. If you are gonna be in the area, I would definitely recommend this condo.

3rd stay…does that tell you anything?

We love this condo! Everything is perfect! Very clean, all the furniture is clean and comfy. Everything works and the owners have thought of everything you might need.

Our stay at Emerald Beach Resort

Overall the stay was wonderful! Very clean condo! Our only complaint for the condo itself was the bed wasn't very comfortable, but nothing that would stop us from staying again! The only other thing worth mentioning was that the cleaning ladies showed up at 8:55am and check out wasn't until 10am.

Loved the facility it’s self but was disappointed

I absolutely love the facility. We stay there (emerald beach resort) every year sometimes twice a year however I was disappointed with the service received by whoever was in charge The washing machine and or dryer left marks on several of clothing and even tour some clothing did happen randomly when I notified somebody nobody would call me back Only text message, which I thought Odd instead of having someone come and try to fix the problem they said they had a warranty with Lowe’s and they would be out to fix it. However, the washing machine and dryer both looked really old maybe like a 2010 model with rust in it. Also the living room remote didn’t work as well as the bedroom was logged out of the tv so both tvs were useless we didn’t even notice til the last day since the kids had iPads other than how they handled the dryer and the TV remotes, I loved everything else. The condo itself is our favorite place to stay with the two pools. And beautiful views of the ocean.

Wonderful Condo!

My family and I enjoyed this unit, it had plenty of room for 3 adults 2 kids and a baby. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had pretty much everything we needed. Would definantly stay here again!

Great location! Beautiful beach!

It was nice and perfect for our family of 6. Only complaint I have is facility generated: I have 4 girls under 10 and it was EXTREMELY long going to and from the parking garage. The parking garage was always packed, and the elevator wait was 10-15 minutes at times. It took 30 minutes to get us TO and FROM our condo from just the parking garage. In order to get to our car, we had to often get on 3 separate elevators. Parking is definitely not toddler/infant friendly; especially with a stroller because you often have to take multiple stairs on top of elevators. For these reasons, i will not come back until my family gets older. Besides the parking/elevators, we loved our condo and the beach. Loved the cleanliness of the resort.

Great place!

Loved this unit! Perfect condo that has everything you need. It’s lovely to sit on the balcony with the view and sound of the waves. The covered parking deck and Starbucks are a great bonus.

Awesome condo and beach

Resort and room amazing !! 3 pools ,, sky bar gift shop Starbucks ,, right on beach great view . Room had all the comforts of home ., the check in and any help needed could not have been better !! Will def stay here again

2nd Time is a charm

This is our 2nd year in a row staying at this condo, we love it. The location is amazing very central to everything that we need. The view is beautiful. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Emerald Beach Rentals was very easy to work with. We had no issues upon arrival and when we extended a day, our code stopped working but Christina answered right away and fixed the problem. The condo was clean and had everything one would need. Only downside was beach chairs. I figured the service wasn’t included because it wasn’t listed, but even having chairs in the condo to take down would have worked just fine, there is plenty of room on the beach for your own set up, we ended up spending 200 on chairs for the week and one day was rained out , with no refund. Also need some extra blankets, there was nothing for the pull out sofa. Overall we had a great time and would book again!

Family getaway

Perfect condo on the beach for my family of 6. The condo was very spacious and is the perfect size for large families. The view was breathtaking. The location is great and the building offers lots of activities. There’s also a Starbucks on site! My kids loved the game area and the pools! The property manager was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Could not be more pleased
