Charming flat with its feet in the water

We are located in the centre of the bay of Saint Cyprien, our flat is in duplex and has the feet in the water with a very beautiful sight on a plan of water called "marine lake" (entry of sea water in the lands which makes the turn of a small island and which leaves in the sea).
The accommodation is located in a small residence and is composed as follows
1st level: equipped kitchen area (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, electric coffee machine, toaster, kettle), a living room which opens onto a loggia with a barbecue for the pleasure of grilling.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a flat screen television.
2nd level: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 with a 160cm bed and the other with 2 90cm beds, a shower room and a separate toilet). Our guests have access to a private car park.

We are located in a small village with its shops (supermarket, bakery, tea room, butcher's, newspapers, post office, restaurants, bike rental, boats etc..) with a night market on Friday evening where many exhibitors come to offer their craft products.

There are all the activities related to water sports on the spot, 5mn from a horse riding centre, 15mn from the rivers with translucent basins and 30mn from the Ospedale massif where you can go for many walks, hikes, accrobranche or canyoning and of course refresh yourself in the many rivers and waterfalls.
