Duplex for 4–6 people — Terrace in a natural setting

You will appreciate the calm and proximity to nature. You will have, quite rare for Cauterets, a large terrace of 8 m2 with a very pleasant view. In addition, you will benefit from a parking space (outdoor parking), a precious asset because it is often difficult to park in high season.

This duplex apartment is on the second floor, accessible by external stairs. It is ideal for 4 people. However, it can be difficult to access for people with limited mobility.
Entry is done independently via a key box. An inventory of fixtures will be made at the end of your stay on the day of your departure.

You will be close to the city center, the nature theater (children's games, skate park, 2 tennis courts, paddle, pump track, bowling alley, ...).
A hiking trail passes in front of the residence. It is quite possible to start hikes from the residence.


On the 2nd floor (access by external staircase), this apartment is composed of:
- an entrance with two 90x140 bunk beds with 140x200 duvets,
- a separate toilet,
- a bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, washing machine and hairdryer,
- a living space with kitchen area opening onto a west-facing terrace where you can admire the 180° view of the mountain. You will have a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people.
The kitchen area is very well equipped: dishwasher, combi oven (microwave and oven), two induction electric hobs, extractor, refrigerator, filter and French press, toaster, kettle, raclette.
Through a staircase you will access an open mezzanine where you will have a bedroom with a 160X200 bed with a 240x260 duvet.


We provide mattress protectors, duvets and pillows.

There is no WIFI. Possibility to rent a wifi box at the tourist office of Cauterets.

If you wish to rent sheets and/or household linen, please contact the Boyrie Laundry 05 62 92 51 80. It is a few minutes drive from the apartment (arcades under the "Caesar" thermal baths of Cauterets).
The dimensions of the beds are:
- 2-seater bed 160x200
- 1-seater bed 90x190.


You agree to clean the house by following the protocols indicated on a document present in the apartment.
Optional cleaning service (45€) to be indicated to us at the time of booking and to be paid on site.
If you do not wish to use the cleaning option, a cleaning deposit will be required prior to your arrival.
Household products and disinfectants are provided.
