Great communication from the owner on access. Home is in a nice area. Only 1 bedroom has a tv. Nice patio and outdoor area. Shuffleboard and pool table were nice for the teens to use. Attached garage usage was convenient.

Everything was as advertised. Steve is a great host. Very knowledgeable about the area and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. We really enjoyed the hot tub.

Great stay

The house was great! The owner Steve was helpful and kind. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back if we are in Scottsdale again!

Great stay, great host

Perfect location, perfectly clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds, and lots of space to spread out, both inside and out. Steve was a great host; ask him for a tour of his garage and car collection. If you are lucky, he will pull out his reconditioned army truck and blow the horn. If we come back, we are definitely staying here.

Great location

We chose this place because it was close to a family celebration and wish we would have had more time relax and enjoy both indoor and outdoor space. Nice area and great central location. Very nice property with amenities exactly as described. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels and supplies. Steve was an awesome host. Great communication!

Great space

Had a great time with family. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Fun hot tub out back. Kids liked playing pool too. Nice to have a garage for rental car. It was chilly so didn’t spend much time enjoying the yard other than the hot tub but it is spacious.

Outstanding

The property was everything we could have asked for. The house is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. We especially enjoyed the backyard which is huge, and even in January seemed to always be sunny. The location is very close to eating, entertainment, and Phoenix. It is under an hour from many beautiful parks, mountains and hikes. Steve was great to work with. He reached out to us before our arrival and checked on us during our stay. He was unobtrusive, and our privacy was fully respected. Due to airline issues, we needed to stay an extra day at the last minute, and Steve very graciously accommodated us. Check in and check out were seamless. We would love to come back and stay again.

Sisters Get-Away Celebrating Birthday

This house was perfect for us girls celebrating time together in the evenings in the huge backyard patio by the fire under the moon & stars, the lot is large enough for us to enjoy our music, conversations and laughs and hot tubing in the morning with our coffee. The house had everything we needed, very comfortable very homey- great beds (slept like babies) great shower pressure (it matters). The location was great to everything we wanted to go and do in Scottsdale. The owner was very communicative and helpful to even giving us tourist suggestions and helping us girls with the tv. If I was going back to Scottsdale I would rent this house again and not look any further.

Has it all!!

Had a wonderful stay! Location is perfect, house is large, roomy and has everything you need. Close to anything and everything but peaceful and relaxing when the day is done. Shoot pool, play games or cards and the backyard and hot tub on the cool nights were icing on the cake. Owner and property is excellent and I'd stay here again without hesitation.

This house fit our family of 7 very well. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our Chicago kids enjoyed being outside in the hot tub in December!

A place you will remember!

This home is well located in the Scottsdale area easy to get to shopping and entertainment. The home is spacious and the back yard is a wonderful place to relax in the hot tub or fireplace. An appliance that quit working was replaced immediately. Contact with the owner was excellent. Would rent here again without hesitation.
