Esta casa está en una ubicación excelente al lado del centro de Obernay. Es muy confortable. Estupenda para una familia.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Im Zentrum von Obernai liegt diese sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles was mann braucht war anwesend. Die Küche war sehr kompleet. In jede Zimmer gibt es eine Klima-analoge, richting super! Gute Betten. Die Fenster im Wohnung sind sehr geschützt gegen Lärm. Laden und Restaurants sind nur 20-200 Meter weit. Wir hätten eine sehr gute Ferien und kommen gern noch einmal zurück.

Zentral in Obernai

Wir haben uns in diesem Objekt sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Optimale Lage, man braucht für Obernai und Umgebung eigentlich kein Auto, denn alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar: Lokale, Geschäfte, Wandern... Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden sie bei jedem Besuch in der Gegend wieder anmieten.

Tolle und gut ausgestatte Wohnung, sehr stillvoll eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Bei hohen Temperaturen sind die Klimaanlagen sehr gut.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement ainsi que l’accueil par Corinne. Très confortable, entièrement rénové et bien situé au centre d’Obernai. On s’y est senti bien accueillis.

Obernai stay July/ Aug 2019

Just spent a fabulous 2 weeks here with my husband and daughter. The apartment was perfect - it had everything we could possibly need and was a pleasure to go back to each day. It was in a great position, right in the middle of everything but not a sound could be heard from outside. The air conditioning was very welcome as the weather was very warm during our stay! Thierry was so welcoming and gave us lots of hints and information about the area. He was at the end of the phone to help with anything we needed. I would certainly recommend a stay here. We plan to hopefully return soon! Thank you Thierry and Corine.

Le plus beau appartement à vacances que nous avons jamais eu!

L'appartement est situé au centre d'Obernai (mais calme a cause de fenetres bien isolées), spacieux, idéal pour quatre a six personnes, très bien einstallé avec meubles et décoration de bon gout, fourni en tout ce l'on désire, et les propriétaires sont très gentils et serviables!

Beautiful place to stay

We have just had the pleasure is staying here for a week. The owners were great to deal with and answered every question promptly. The apartment was so comfortable and beautifully furnished. The beds were also really comfortable, the shower and bathroom , kitchen and living area were beautiful , and having the toilet in a separate room was helpful. All of us had so much space which was appreciated when on a trip of several weeks. Everything we could have wanted was there , and it was very quiet . The air conditioning in every room was also appreciated mid summer. The owners kindly left us a welcome gift and were very helpful we needed anything. The town of Obernai was the perfect base for exploring this region and had an amazing range of summer activities for the visitor. We were lucky enough to be there for Bastille Day and the World cup final, both of which were amazing, but there was also a welcome drink night, a free concert, a great dance and food event in the town square, and a really vast and impressive market on Thursday. The Alsace is so very pretty and we had a wonderful time. Thanks again, Thierry and Corine.

Appartement à recommander

L'appartement du 2e étage (celui que nous avons loué) est vraiment splendide. Spacieux, très bien équipé et très bien situé au coeur d'Obernai. Isolation phonique parfaite qui nous protège des bruits du centre ville. Thierry et Corine - les propriétaires - sont sympathiques et disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour visiter Obernai et l'Alsace!

Bien décoré mais plein de désagréments à y vivre

Belle décoration mais tout n est pas aussi parfait comme sur les photos ! La location est dotée d une climatisation réversible ( chauffage hiver , clim en été) et d'une ventilation probablement à double flux et donc cela occasionne beaucoup de bruit surtout dans les chambres ! Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger s abstenir! Mais surtout le problème est la ventilation de cet appartement : l'air y est sec, attention à l'angine !!!!!....attention pour les personnes un peu sensibles ! Nous entendions également les voisins du dessus(lève -tôt). Bref décoration avenante mais plusieurs désagréments qui ne nous ferons pas revenir dans ce logement dans une cité pourtant des plus charmantes...

Moderne Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Altstadtbereich der Stadt Obernai, somit zentral gelegen zu vielen Restaurants usw. Trotz des Verkehrs ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Vor der Wohnung/dem Gebäude kann man nur bedingt parken. Allerdings ist ein großer kostenfreier Parkplatz fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet (die Bilder entsprechen der Realität). Die Wohnung ist offiziell für bis zu 8 Personen angegeben. Dies wäre theoretisch möglich, jedoch müssten davon 2 auf der Wohnzimmercouch schlafen und mit einem Bad und einer separaten Toilette dürfte es jedoch mehr als enge zugehen... Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist unkompliziert.

Super Urlaub in Obernai

Wir kommen seit 26 Jahren ins Elsass hatten aber bis jetzt immer ein Hotelzimmer. da wir diesmal mit 6 Personen fahren wollten habe ich mich bei der Touri info Obernai schlaugemacht und die haben mir die Wohnung angeboten. nach den Bildern im Internet haben wir gebucht weil sie auch direkt in der City liegt. Bei der ankunft waren wir alle überrascht wie toll die Wohnung ist 3 grosse Schlafzimmer ein super Badezimmer. eine separate Toilett und eine riesige Wohnküche. das Loft ist mit allem ausgesttatet was mann braucht. von der Waschmaschiene über die Spülmaschiene und andere sachen .man braucht nichts mitzuschleppen. und das beste ist es liegt nur ca 500m von unserer lieblings Winsub entfernt .wir werden auf jeden fall das Loft nochmal buchen

Überraschend ruhig

Die Durchfahrtsstrasse durch das Örtchen Obernai ist ziemlich stark befahren. Weil sie gleichzeitig gepflastert ist, befürchteten wir anfangs, die Wohnung könnte lärmig sein. Doch die Fenster schliessen sehr gut. Das Apartment ist insgesamt gut gelegen. Zum Gratis-Parkplatz sind es nur wenige Meter und Restaurants gibt es in der näheren Umgebung mehr als genug. Auch der Bahnhof lässt sich problemlos zu Fuss erreichen. Die grosszügige Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nur in der Küche fehlen ein paar essenzielle Utensilien (etwa ein anständiges Küchenmesser oder genügend Weingläser). Die Dame, welche die Wohnung abgenommen hat, hat uns allerdings versprochen, sie werde diesen Mangel mit dem Vermieter anschauen. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, wenn Obernai die Reisedestination sein soll. Allerdings hat mir das Dorf selber nicht sonderlich gut gefallen. Vor allem den Verkehr fand ich unerträglich.

Well located, well appointed and spacious

We were a family of 5 adults and the apartment in Obernai was a perfect location for us to explore Alsace. We were fortunate to have excellent warm weather for almost the entire duration of our two week stay. Thierry and Corine welcomed us at the door and were very thorough in reviewing all the apartment's amenities. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of space to both hang and put away folded clothing. While there is no parking directly on site, the free public parking within a few minutes walk along the Rampart was always accessible and safe, even during the time of a couple of local events that went on into the evening. We would recommend the apartment for those wishing to be in an authentic Alsatian town (within walking distance to shops, bakeries, restaurants and the like) but also close enough to Strasbourg or other urban centres. We flew in and out of Basel (Euroairport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg) and it is a very easy highway drive to the apartment and to most other main sights.

Superbe !!!

L'annonce était flatteuse, la réalité l'est encore plus!!! Le Loft est superbe, confortable, calme tout en étant très bien situé.Tout est à porter de main. Obernai est un bon exemple du charme et de l'histoire de l'Alsace, la ville est très jolie ; bon point de départ pour visiter et découvrir la Région.Nous avons passé une semaine super à déambuler dans les marchés de Noël, goûter les spécialités culinaires... Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, accueillants, disponibles et de très bons conseils !!! N'hésitez pas, foncez !!!!

Wohlfühlen und Erholung pur

Großzügige und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung auf höchstem Niveau, die für den Urlaub mit vier Personen bestens geeignet ist. Sehr günstige Lage im Zentrum der schönen Kleinstadt. Auch in der näherern Umgebung lassen sich viele interessante Orte besichtigen und man kann viel unternehmen. Der sympathische und unkomplizierte Vermieter spricht sehr gut deutsch, was die Kommunikation einfach und angenehm macht. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

A wonderful place to stay

The appartement is located in the centre of Obernai and therefore both an excellent place to stay as well as a starting point for any tour in Alsace. Since the appartement is pretty big it is also a pleasure to be there when it may rain. The whole appartement is in an excellent shape and there is everything you need. Try the Winstub Freiberg just opposite of the appartement or Les Remparts in the pedestrian area. We also recommend the beautiful town Dambach with a walk up to the castle Bernstein. The view is marvellous.

Superbe !

Appartement magnifique , très propre et spacieux . Même à sept personnes nous étions très à l'aise sans avoir l'impression de nous gênez mutuellement . Idéalement situé dans Obernai avec un parking gratuit à 200 m nous avons pu tout faire à pieds, nombreux restaurants et commerces dans une ville pleine de charmes.

Super Séjour !!!

Logement très agréable et tout simplement magnifique : chambres avec lits king size et literie parfaite, soigneusement décorées; cuisine,salle à manger vaste avec des vues superbes; Idéalement située en plein centre ville.Propriétaire très charmant et serviable. Nous avons passé un séjour super et je recommande cette location; le rest juste en face fait des supers flammekuches; Obernai est une ville centrale pour visiter l'Alsace.

sehr schick eingerichtete moderne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben als Familie mit drei Kindern, zwei Eltern und zwei Großeltern eine sehr angenehme Woche in Obernai verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig, alle Einrichtungsgegenstände waren genauso wie die Wohnung selbst in bestem Zustand. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Auch der Vermieter Thierry war sehr freundlich und gab uns viele Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants. Wir denken gern an die Woche im Elsass zurück und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Excellent séjour dans ce très agréable appartement spacieux, bien aménagé et entretenu, très bien insonorisé tout en étant bien placé à proximité du centre ville. Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui nous a donné de bons conseils sur la région. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
