FROMENTINE, on the edge of the forest, 25m² apartment refurbished on the first floor of a small condominium of 5 apartments, facing south.

It can accommodate 2 people and baby (childcare equipment can be made available free of charge if available).

For information, the last assessments date from 2020 because from 2021 to December 2023 the accommodation was rented for the year.

It consists of two rooms with:
- Living room, kitchen area equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, washing machine, kitchen table with 4 chairs, lounge area with 2 armchairs and TV, Wifi
- a large bedroom, bathroom with shower, toilet,

- garden to the south with garden furniture and small garden on the other side of the apartment with sun loungers.

Optional:
* Departure cleaning: 40 €
* Cleaning during your stay: 15€/hour
For 1 or 2 nights, sheets and towels are included in the price
From 3 nights:
* Bed linen rental: 10 €. Beds can be prepared for your arrival at no extra charge
* Towel rental (1 bath towel, 1 towel, 1 glove): 8 € per person
A sheet + towel package is applied = 20€ for 2 people the set
* Kitchen linen provided (dish towels, hand towels, tablecloth, napkins)

** Cleaning and disinfection measures against COVID 19 will be systematically applied between two holidaymakers' stays. Hydroalcoholic gel and disinfectant products will be available during the stay.

On request it is possible not to have contact for the handover of the keys

You can enjoy the various supervised beaches at 900 meters, the main ones being La Bergère and the Centre Bourg for swimming or water sports (sailing, sand yachting, kitesurfing, ...). Children's club.

On the edge of the national forest where many cycle paths are to be taken as soon as you leave the rental as well as marked hiking trails. You can bring bicycles or rental in the area.
