Charming House in the Heart of the City

The apartment features 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and toilets on the 1st and 2nd floors, 1 living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, and 1 kitchen on the first floor with access to a beautiful terrace. The neighborhood is close to downtown (a 10-minute walk), shops, and Niort’s main institutions (health insurance providers, hospital, city hall, CAN, etc.).

Access to the house is self-service via a digital keypad. The living area is 85 m² spread over two floors, with a 25 m² terrace on the first floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 10 people.
You can enjoy the terrace on sunny days in a very peaceful setting.

It’s a 10-minute walk from the lively Les Halles market, located right next to the donjon, the city’s iconic landmark.

You can set off by bike from the house toward the Marais Poitevin, which is a 45-minute bike ride away. We can lend you 1 or 2 bikes, but we recommend renting higher-quality equipment from local bike shops (e.g., Le Beauvelo de Robigo, a 15-minute walk from the house).

The “Marne” bus stop is 100 meters away.
Buses are free—take advantage of this to explore the city in a different way.
Parking is free in our neighborhood. Please be careful—our street is narrow and has two-way traffic. If possible, use Avenue de la Rochelle instead.
