Located in the heart of the village, the house consists of two stone buildings with exposed beams, built in the early 18th century and fully restored with taste and high-quality materials by local craftsmen. The property features a beautiful tree-lined courtyard, three bedrooms with terraces and balconies, three full bathrooms and a half-bath, a living room with a fireplace, and a large kitchen. Charm, views, and tranquility are the main attractions of this home, which combines modern comfort with authentic character.
The “Grande Maison”
On the first floor, the master bedroom features a large double bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and a terrace with a panoramic view of the temple and Mont Bouquet.
A spiral staircase leads to the second bedroom, located in the attic, where you’ll find a comfortable “Poltronesofà” two-person sofa bed, a shower room, and a balcony (the “Juliet’s Balcony”) overlooking the village.
On the first floor, the living room features a work area, a sofa, and two armchairs, as well as an antique, fully functional fireplace. Firewood, stacked in the garden under a shelter, is available for your use.
The “Petite Maison”
The large kitchen, which opens onto the garden, is equipped with a five-burner stove with three ovens, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator (all SMEG). The extendable table can comfortably seat up to 10 guests. Tableware, cookware, a kettle, an ice cream maker, a juicer, and other kitchen utensils are provided.
A charming staircase leads to the third bedroom, which is divided into two areas: a sleeping area with two single beds and a study area with a bookcase. On the landing is the second bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
The tree-lined courtyard
A pergola covered in Virginia creeper and climbing roses shelters a large teak table for 8 people (to which a second table for 8 people and 2 wooden benches stored in the wine cellar can be added).
On the other side of the garden, two comfortable armchairs and a UNOPIÙ coffee table create a pleasant spot for reading or enjoying an aperitif in the shade of an ivy-covered wall.
A beautiful shower room with a separate toilet and a terracotta tile floor in southern hues allows you to quickly cool off after sunbathing in the summer.
A laundry room with a washing machine, a large WEBER grill, 8 garden chairs, 2 deck chairs, and a lounge chair are also at your disposal.
Each room is equipped with a multi-split air conditioning unit for heating in winter and cooling in summer. Heating and air conditioning costs are included in the price.
Internet access and Wi-Fi are free.
Upon arrival, bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens will be provided.
Your small pets may stay for free, provided that I am notified in advance and that they are house-trained and well-behaved.
Smoking is permitted only in the garden.
Parking is available nearby, outside the house.
