Apartamento de 80 m2 con 2 dormitorios (uno en suite con cama doble, una con dos camas individuales), 2 baños, sala de estar con televisión por cable, cocina totalmente equipada (nevera, horno, placa vitro, microondas, máquina ropa de cama), aparcamiento privado y seguro y amplia con mesa y sillas y una vista fantástica desde el 3er piso de lo marginal, la playa, el mar y el río Arade.
Este apartamento es legalizado y con licencia de Turismo de Portugal Instituto con registro 24121 / AL, como se puede comprobar la página rno (Registro Nacional de Hotel).
A 5 minutos en coche del campo de golf (Alto Golf & Country Club).

Amazing spot

Great location, apartment was excellent, clean and so close to everything. David was an amazing host and set is up for success with recommendations for dinner, activities and was prompt.

Amazing Visit!

Overall we had a perfect stay at this property. It was very clean, well stocked, and we loved the ocean view where we could open our patio doors and enjoy the sea air. The location was excellent; walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. Great communication with the host and had no issues. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great place in an even better location!!

Loved this place and David, the owner, was really fantastic. Spent two days here and had wonderful time. the place is exactly as described and the views are even better than in the pictures. The two bedrooms provide ample space for a small group or family. And the beautiful beaches and cliffs are amazing!

Terrific all around!

The apartment and location were perfect, as was the host. Located right on the main boardwalk of Portimao, close to all the bars, restaurants, and beaches you would want. The property was neat and well-appointed, and our host met us for check-in and went over all of the details we would need for our stay. I highly recommend!

Great Central Place and Great Ocean View

This place could not have been more perfect. Centrally located with parking and right on the main road and beach. The host was great and made check-in and our trip so easy and pleasant. The flat had plenty of room for the 3 of us and balcony with the ocean view is stunning. I would definitely come back and book this place again.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and the view of the beach was so lovely. The communication with the host was exceptional. He checked in to see if we had everything we needed and we did. Everything was just as show on the listing. Perfect!

Beach access!

Walk to the beach, free parking and the owner of the property is so helpful! The place is rather nostalgic and I personally liked it. We took a tour to Benagil cave and the boat harbor is right there. The owner gave us a lot of tips and suggestions near and our next destination (Evora). We had a pleasant stay and wished to stay more. We'll come back!

2 weeks with the best view

We spent 2 weeks at David’s apartment and had a lovely time. The location can’t be beat with easy access to everything you need as well as the beach. We loved the view and spent lots of time sitting out in the warm air on the balcony when taking a break from the sun. The amenities were better than expected and having laundry make our vacation so much easier. We would definitely return. Thanks so much David!

Great view and close to the beach

This property was perfect for our family. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of space. The dining room table was great for the one meal we brought back to eat-in (from a local Indian food restaurant). The balcony offered a fantastic view of the ocean and waves, and we were even able to watch a few people learning to surf when the waves were high enough. We walked to the beach, which is right across the street. The property had nice parking behind a security gate and was close to the marina where we were able to take a boat ride to see the cliffs and caves (including Cave Benagil). David was very accommodating and friendly. My teenagers even commented on how personable he was. We would definitely stay here again, and hope to be able to return sometime.

Wonderful Location and View

The apartment is spacious, conveniently located, and offers a spectacular ocean view from the large balcony. Communication with the host was also excellent. These factors alone could sell the rental, but the place feels tired (both the unit itself and the building), and we experienced a few shortcomings that diminished our enjoyment of the rental, all of which could be easily improved. The double bed was comfortable, but only had a thin bedspread, and there were no spare blankets provided anywhere in the apartment. Out of 6 Vrbos we rented throughout Portugal, this is the only rental that did not provide spare bed-coverings, or any shampoo in the 2 bathrooms. Lastly, the kitchen did not meet our cleanliness expectations; several of the appliances including the coffee maker and kettle had caked-on residue and we had to wash any dishes before using them. These issues were disappointing, as with a little more cleaning and maintenance, the apartment would be more satisfying to a broader range of renters. On the plus side, check-in with Marta's friendly assistance, and the provision of secured parking were both very much appreciated, thank you David. Graham and Cynthia (Vancouver, Canada)

Localização

Desde a localização, o sossego, perto de bares, restaurantes, supermercado e principalmente perto da praia. O contacto com o gestor do apartamento excelente e explicou tudo o que lhe perguntamos. Tudo para passarmos umas boas férias em família.
