The tranquility and beauty of the surrounding countryside make it the perfect place to relax and recharge!<br>We’ve been renovating it continuously for the past 5 years, and we can say that today it offers every comfort: everything is brand new! And the pool has recently been added, offering a magnificent view!<br><br>On the first floor: <br>It features a 35 m² living room with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, TV, and a fireplace, and an adjoining dining room with a wooden table and chairs, this spacious room is flooded with light thanks to a glass door and a window on one side and double French doors on the other. <br><br>The 22 m² kitchen is fully equipped: <br>Large refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, range hood, food processor, and freezer. A lovely painted wooden table in the center, surrounded by numerous baskets!<br><br>Separated by a hallway, the bedrooms are very comfortable:<br>On the first floor, the first bedroom is nearly 20 m² and features a 160 double bed and a closet with shelves and a hanging rod. <br>The second room has two single beds and a small bathroom with a sink and a shower. It also has a closet with shelves and a hanging rod. <br><br>There is also a large bathroom with two sinks and a large shower, as well as a washer and dryer. <br><br>A painted wooden staircase leads to the other two bedrooms, each approximately 12 m², with two single beds and a dresser. <br><br>A lean-to shelters the plancha and the freezer.<br><br>Outside, on a vast property with no immediate neighbors and a breathtaking view of the village of Cazaubon, a large deciduous tree provides shade for lunch and relaxation. No need for a beach umbrella! And as of this year, a large 10x4 pool adds to the comfort of this home.<br>A large table and benches, along with plenty of lounge chairs, make for wonderful get-togethers with family or friends!<br>
