Access to Pinarello Beach (ranked as the 20th most beautiful beach in the world) is a 15-minute walk (see photo) or a 2-minute drive (parking available even in the middle of August). All the most beautiful beaches in southern Corsica are within 30 minutes (Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, etc.). The Cavu River with its famous natural pools is 15 minutes away (see photo). Close to the start/end of the GR20 trail. Porto Vecchio is 20 minutes away. Figari Airport is 40 minutes away.
The village center, 1.5 km away, offers all amenities (shops, a large Super U, a bakery, a butcher, a medical center, a pharmacy, etc.).
The house’s architecture is reminiscent of Ibiza-style homes with their flat roofs and white stucco.
The villa, which can accommodate up to 8 people, consists of an entryway with a coat closet and restroom, a living area with an open-concept kitchen leading into the living room (which boasts an exceptional view of the mountains and the maquis through its 4-meter bay window), 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a 160-cm bed. A fourth separate bedroom overlooking the pool offers the same amenities. Numerous terraces allow you to either gather together or, conversely, find some privacy if you’re looking for a bit of peace and relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and range hood, etc.). Its central island can easily seat 8 people. In a small adjacent pantry, you’ll find a washing machine and a Dyson handheld vacuum. A wooden terrace with a shade sail extends this kitchen to the south, where a barbecue is available.
The living room features two sofas, a 49-inch curved Samsung TV, and Wi-Fi access (Orange). Two large floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a spacious terrace with a shaded pergola, under which the dining area is located. A staircase leads to another terrace above the rooftops, featuring a south-facing sun deck.
Below the house are the fourth bedroom and the swimming pool (8×4 m), which is salt-treated, heated, and secured by an alarm system, complete with terraces and lounge chairs. Two cork oak trees provide natural shade by the pool.
