AA Gran condominio con vista a la playa desde las ventanas frontales / balcón. Estamos a poca distancia del lugar de reunión. El condominio cuenta con 2 BR- 2 BA. Las habitaciones se han actualizado con pintura nueva, televisores, accesorios, etc. La cocina ha sido actualizada con electrodomésticos nuevos, i. mi. estufa, microondas, etc. El complejo de apartamentos cuenta con 2 ascensores para su comodidad.
El complejo también tiene una gran piscina con asnos de playa al otro lado de la calle. También tenemos un cenador para entretener, que incluye 4 parrillas de barbacoa afuera.

El condominio también cuenta con Internet de alta velocidad y un escritorio en el dormitorio principal para sus necesidades de viaje. También tenemos un colchón inflable de tamaño queen inflable para un espacio adicional para dormir.

Tenemos un espacio de estacionamiento designado para nuestra unidad, ubicado justo entre ambos ascensores.

Our Gulf Shore Vacation

Our communication with Ed was awesome. Any questions we had he immediately responded. The condo we stayed in was very nice, clean with easy access to the beach which was right across the street. We will definitely stay here again.

Disappointed

There was still no hair dryer as I specifically asked in a message to owner. There were stains on comforters that looked like bodily fluids. There was hair all over the walls in the shower, and just bathrooms over all were not clean. Our bathroom sink did not drain so my husband had to rig it so we could use. No extra trash bags. We were told our room slept 6 easy, but couch nor love seat made into bed. So we had 2 beds, a couch, recliner, and love seat. Later after complaining to owner about the nasty comforters he told us there was a air mattress in the closet! He did offer to have cleaning people come back by this time our stuff was everywhere and after a 8 hour drive, I said no bother. Very disappointing especially for the price!

Ca only told me about some stains on the comforters and I said our cleaners would come back and complete a redo, but no response from Ca. I even told them I would bring them 2 brand new comforters - still no response. With regard to the sleeper sofa - nowhere in my ad does it say we have a sleeper sofa. Our ad actually says we have a self inflatable queen size air mattress available upon request. I don't know what happened to the hair dryer, but again if Ca would have told me that, I would have bought them a brand new one. Also - Ca didn't tell me about the sink, we have a plumber on site. So - if your reading this please remember I live right down the street and will correct any situation that may arise. Communication is key. Kind Regards, Ed Clark

Not quite as described

The listing says that the condo sleeps 6. It does only if 2 people sleep on either reclining couches, one of which is a love seat, or in a recliner. No pull out beds. There was trash behind one of the couches and the router, which was behind the couch, had layers of dust on it. We had to move it from the floor behind the couch to the counter for decent wifi. We had to call the cable company to come out to get the TV's to work. One of them never did (master bedroom.) The floors were filthy, and when we asked about a broom, the owner said there was one in the back closet, but there wasn't. We borrowed one from a neighbor. We also mopped the floors to get them halfway decent. The couches and pillows are very old and stained. This is very surprising, given Covid-19. This unit is one of the 3 smallest on the property and there were others that were very nicely upgraded and much larger, however, come to find out, we paid quite a bit more than other people staying there at the same time. The property is made up of both rentals and residents, and the residents were very rude to the people who were renting. They called the police on us when we were cookng dinner out in the pavilion at 8:30 one night. Additionally, the pool is very small, but that might be how they are in the area. Unfortunately, I can not suggest renting here.

Great little getaway

Nice, quiet, clean place. Owner was great to work with. Air works great. Short walk across the street to the beach. Grills and picnic table near the pool, very nice to cook and eat then swim. Would definitely go back! The Corson’s

Clean and quiet

We loved staying at Seabreeze! Our condo was clean and not far from the beach. We took advantage of the grill and gazebo at dinner time which allowed our kids to get more time in the pool. Also loved that it was quiet at night time.

Excellent place to stay!

Came here for my spring break with 3 of my friends and we had a great time. Condo was wonderful and clean with plenty of room for us. Beach access right across the street and stores/restaurants right down the road. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. And if you have any problems Ed is quick to get it fixed or help in any way. Can’t wait to come back!
