It is east facing with 2 other windows in the bedroom in addition to the entrance French door.<br><br>The accommodations are equipped with motorised roller shutters as well as reversible air conditioning (ideal for having fresh air in the summer and a heating boost in the winter). Of course, in the winter, the T2 is also heated by central heating with radiators in each room.<br><br>The accommodations are fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ...)<br><br>The 2 pull-out beds in 90x190 (which can be used as a sofa if not in use) can be raised to 50 cm from the floor. Possibility of putting them side by side to form a second double bed or 2 separate beds. <br>The King Size bed has a memory foam mattress topper for a good bed. Possibility on request to transform it into 2 single beds of 90x200.<br><br>The garden (dedicated for you) is shaded and accessible by 4 steps a few meters from the entrance to the kitchen. Equipped with a table and chairs, you can eat there. You can also relax thanks to a swing and a deckchair.<br><br>A 7 kw charging station for electric cars is installed in the parking lot, it will have a contribution of the consumption costs beyond the first 25 Kw free after the price will be 0.30 cents per Kw<br><br>The accommodations are located in a residential and wooded area of the city of Saint Raphael. You will therefore enjoy a quiet area but very well located to reach different places very easily!<br>Pets not allowed <br>ON FOOT:<br>The accommodations are 800m from a small supervised beach (approx. 8min walk) and 2.4km from the town centre (approx. 40min walk)<br>You can also reach in 20 minutes the Palacio de Congresos and the Port Santa Lucia with many festivities all year round where you can find excellent restaurants. <br>From there you can also reach the town centre of Saint Raphaël (30 minutes on foot) by the seaside set up for the walk or with the little train (in season) to arrive at the Ferris wheel, the Bonaparte garden, the old port (departure of the excursion boats).<br><br>BUS:<br>Bus stop 50m from the house which serves on one side the town center of Saint Raphael, the TGV station and the bus station for all directions. And on the other side the beach of Dramont (for a breathtaking view of the Ile d'Or), Cap Esterel, Agay, and the Corniche d'Or to Le Trayas (magnificent road by the sea - A must do). Bus frequency according to the seasons. <br><br>BY CAR:<br>You can come by car and park it within the property. You can then move around the region for short or longer trips.<br><br>TRAIN / PLANE ACCESS:<br>- St-Raphael Valescure SNCF train station near the accommodation, directly accessible by bus in 10 minutes.<br>- Nearest airports: Nice Côte d'Azur (45min by car), Toulon-Hyères (1h) and Marseille-Marignane (1h30)
