Casa luminosa, limpia y moderna en un popular barrio del Gran Vancouver. 4 dormitorios arriba cada uno con baño propio. El piso principal tiene dos salas de estar con grandes pantallas planas y cocina de concepto abierto.

En la planta baja tiene otra suite privada de 2 dormitorios con baño, lavandería y lavavajillas.

Un montón de estacionamiento y área de entretenimiento al aire libre con barbacoa. Estarás muy cómodo y contento con tu estadía aquí. ¡Este es uno de los pocos lugares donde los perros son bienvenidos! Parques, senderos y el aire libre nos rodean (incluidos los parques para perros cerca).

Todo está a poca distancia y el transporte público está a la vuelta de la esquina. ¡Esperamos verte pronto a ti y a tu familia!

Great location; just as described

Really cute modern home; easy access to shopping, highways, etc. Lots of space; decorated so sweet and loved the holiday decor. Host communicated very well too. Thank you :)

Family wedding stay

We rented this place for us to stay for our daughter’s wedding. Was very comfortable, well stocked, and easy drive up to Westwood plateau where the wedding was. The host was super responsive and highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful location and beautiful home

This property did not disappoint. The location and home was perfect. Extremely quiet neighborhood with outstanding views. The property manager answered all my questions quickly and had everything ready before we arrived. I hope to be able to rent this property again sometime. Thank you so much for making my 50th birthday memorable.

Vancouver Weekend

We recently traveled to Vancouver for an Alaskan cruise. We had 8 people traveling with us and the house was a great size for us. The laundry machines were appreciated so we could leave fresh and clean for our cruise. The location was not convenient for the airport, but proved to be a great in-between point for trips to North Vancouver and downtown. Had we known Vancouver, we would have known this prior to booking. There is no easy way to get to that airport from any part of Vancouver, this is not the properties fault. We did find a lot of hair balls around the house, found some dusty furniture and the bedding was a bit tired. The host was super responsive when we had questions. We found a great little cafe for breakfast a few blocks away, PK's Cafe. Highly recommend it.

Family Weekend Stay

The property is well decorated and looks to have been updated. The inside of the house was not clean. Hair on Bathroom door, dirty sheets, beds not fully made, fridge, ice machine, kitchen utensils all needed to be rewashed before use. The property looked to have not been dusted or deep cleaned in some time. Just some service level cleaning. Not what we expected in regards to cleanliness. The owner also lives in the house when not rented. An additional note that we did not know when we booked. I shared my questions with my host on the topic of cleaning. It was an unfortunate stay that cost us A LOT of money. We will not return. Which is a bummer because we are in the area every other weekend for hockey.

Family friendly

The house worked well for my family including my kids and parents while we were in town for my sister’s wedding. There was plenty of space for all of us and lots of comfortable seating. The kitchen was spacious and accommodated all of us. There were many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.

Fantastic for a large group

This place has it all! It's spotless, in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking, 4 bathrooms, and every small kitchen appliance your heart could hope for. We rented this place for bridesmaids to stay and prepare for a wedding, and it was perfect. They all had their own room and there were enough beds and bathrooms for all to have a private space. The house is beautifully appointed, which was great for photos. The highway is easily accessible and every kind of shopping is just a short drive away. Suzanna was very responsive and everything was exactly as described. I highly recommend Suzanna as a host and this home as your next vacation accommodation!

Great place, was true to the advertised listing.

Lovely, clean well maintained home in a quiet residential area. The place was comfortable and suited all our family’s needs. TV, Wifi, games, books and a cozy gas fireplace in the family room. Kitchen was lovely, the owner provided coffee & bottled water which was an added bonus. We would Highly recommend to friends, thank you Suzanna:)

Business Trip

Four of us stayed in this beautiful house in Port Coquitlam. It was spacious, trendy, but also home-y! We really appreciated the space, and very much enjoyed our time.

Online listing not accurate in several areas, and property not well looked after.

False or misleading information posted on VRBO about the Property • 4th bedroom does not have a queen bed; it’s only a double, and not a full-size double. It’s also not a standard bed but rather a sofa bed. • There are only 3.5 baths, not 4 • There is no swimming pool • There is no office • There is no fitness room or equipment • There is no balcony • There is air conditioning but only in two rooms, and the unit on the main floor is very noisy when in use. • There is a garage, but the VRBO client does not have access to it. Issues with our stay: • All but the master ensuite had no shampoo or soap in the showers (the online listing said this would be provided), very little liquid soap in the dispensers at the sink, and only one roll of toilet paper. • The shower in the master ensuite, and the sink in the other ensuite bathroom, are both draining very slowly. • The toilet paper holder in the Jack and Jill bathroom is not attached properly and fell off several times. • The towel bar in the Jack and Jill bathroom is coming loose on the right-hand side and will likely fall off soon. • Closet door in the bedroom with the moons on the wall won’t open fully, making it awkward to place things in and take things out. • There is no smoke detector on the second floor. • Queen sized sheets were used on the double-sized sofa bed, which meant the bottom sheet didn’t stay in place and bunched up in the middle during the night, making for a very uncomfortable sleep. • Be advised that the tea kettle leaks from the bottom of the handle due to a crack. We made a pot of tea and left it to steep, and when we came back to it almost all of the water had leaked out and formed large puddles on the counter and floor.

Great house for a family gathering

This large 4 bed - 4 bath home was perfect for our family gathering. Everyone had their own space upstairs and enjoyed the expansive downstairs common areas. 2 living rooms , 2 dining rooms and outdoor areas were ideal for our family to spread out and feel relaxed. Kitchen is massive and contained everything we needed for our large group. Owner was responsive and easy to deal with . I highly recommend this VRBO for your family gathering .

A well-appointed property that was very clean and centrally located to parks, shopping restaurants/pubs. It was perfect for our multi-generational family. Would highly recommend.

Good place for short term stay

Excellent communication with Suzanna. Disappointed that the jet tub in the master bedroom didn’t work but the hot tub on the back deck worked just great!

Perfect for two families

The house was beautiful, updated and exceptionally clean. Family of 3 and Family of 2 shared the house, fully stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend!
