The Space:

*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Enjoy lounging in the open living room watching your favorite TV shows on the big flat screen, playing a game on the PS4, or keeping friends up to date on social media with the free wifi. End your day with a glass of wine on the private balcony that offers beach views and a great place to watch the sunset.



The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of  America are just a few steps from this home. Enjoy sitting beachside while watching for playful dolphins and building sandcastles. Cool off after a day at the beach in the shared pool. Less than two miles away, at St. Andrews State Park, you can catch the Shuttle boat to the famous Shell Island or enjoy hiking, picnicking, fishing, playground facilities, and more. Dine at any of the nearby restaurants that offer local seafood and other menu items. Find the perfect beach souvenir or buy beach gear at any of the nearby beach stores.
