You will love watching the sunrises and sunsets, having the ocean breeze take you away, and hearing the waves of the ocean, enjoying a relaxing afternoon or evening in the hot tub. A griller's delight complete with charcoal and a gas grill plenty of seating for the cookout and everyone will just love sitting on the swing.
Sun Catcher has all the amenities of a home. Friends and family will love to gather in the living room for family game night or to watch a movie. The kitchen is complete with granite countertop, stainless steel appliances and fully equipped for the family meals.
The little ones will love sleeping in the boat-shaped bed complete with a trundle, the home also features an Americast tub, for a lovely and relaxing bath for the grown-ups or kids
Whether catching some rays on the balconies or relaxing in the sun, Sun Catcher will "Catch" your heart with wonderful memories of Oak Island for many years to come.
The island has boat launches, a golf course, restaurants, put-put golf, kayak and golf cart rentals, picnic areas, trails, skateboard park, splash pad park, shopping and plenty of access to the beach front for building sand castles and relaxing in the sun.
Don't forget about the closeness to the Oak Island Bridge and Southport. You will want to spend some of your time here exploring the very quaint town of Southport. If Golf is on your agenda, we can take care of that as well. With many top courses very close by, these courses will challenge even the scratch golfers. Once in Southport, you can take a Ferry either to beautiful Bald Head Island for a day trip or a Ferry to Ft. Fisher and visit the aquarium. The North Carolina Battleship is a favorite destination in nearby downtown Wilmington and Myrtle Beach is just South for even more to do.
