This unit is located on the first floor. The Diplomat is a very popular snow bird destination and a perfect spot for a couple's getaway or a family vacation. Complex is on the beach with a short walk through private gate to unit. Enjoy the ocean without the crowds of a public beach. Watch the sunrise or take a walk on the beach to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Property has several activities including a pool, tennis court, bocce court, shuffleboard and horseshoes. Great location close to stores and restaurants, less than an hour to all Orlando attractions including Disney and Universal. Minutes from Port Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center.
Unit features two bedrooms, one bath, eat in kitchen and open plan living room. Wi-Fi and Cable TV included. Washer and dryer in unit, master bedroom has queen size bed, second bedroom has two twin size beds.

Mark was an amazing host—extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Everything was seamless from day one, and communication was always prompt and clear.The property is fantastic: very close to the beach and conveniently located near everything you might need. Publix in Cocoa Beach is nearby, there is plenty of parking available, and the complex offers great amenities including a pool and tennis courts. The area is very walkable, making it easy to get around without a car.Overall, an excellent experience from both the host and the property. Highly recommended.

Home from home

we have stayed in a couple of Diplomat apartments before, so we knew what to expect. This unit was nicely equipped and nicely located. Just what we needed for our stay. And the On-Demand availability on the TV was a life saver when the hurricane blew through and we were stuck in the apartment for three days!

Great long-term beach stay

Had the joy of staying at Kelly & Mark's condo for four weeks It is quaint, and comfortable with quick access to the beach and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. Kelly was prompt to respond to any issue we had (but there were few). We hope to return someday soon, and recommend you book a stay too if you are looking for a Space Coast holiday value.

Nice hotel . Clean. Nice pool and good breakfast.

Overall a very nice stay. My only suggestion for management would be to put a key card access to the pool. Two cars full of people pulled into the parking lot and entered the pool gate which is not locked. Brought a bunch of kids and used the pool and hottub for 2 hrs. Then all left. It was obvious they were not guests.

I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay. There is key access to all the amenities including pool area. Perhaps someone left the gate open, sorry to hear that. There is no hot tub at this facility.

Clean and close to everything!

Kelly was very nice and responsive to questions. The complex had ample parking and felt very safe. The condo was clean and had a well stocked kitchen if you don't want to eat out every meal. We stayed in the bedroom with the queen bed and it was comfy. The washer and dryer in the condo was a great bonus. The condo had amazing beach access at one end of the parking lot. You can use beach chairs and gear in the condo for beach fun. A Publix for groceries is walking distance as it was across the street. The location was great and also close to other restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Excellent location

The apartment has all the necessary equipment to live there on vacation and easy to use and to maintain. The place is very calm without disturbance by the locals as by the vacationers. It is an excellent place for having a rest. The people who live permanently there are benevolent and helpful for an enjoyable stay. The swimming pool is large enough for users not to be bothered. The beach is right next to the condominium which makes pleasant morning and evening walks along the sea. The parking area is large enough and parking the car next to the apartment is simple and safe. Last but not least, the nearby environment has a Publix supermarket, various restaurants and shops to make living easy. Definitely we had a very pleasant holiday at this place. Michel Holder.

Amazing Stay

This property gets an A++ rating from us. A short walk to the beach. Location close to downtown Cocoa Beach and many excellent restaurants. The hosts were so gracious and easy to contact. We will stay there again on our next visit to see the Florida branch of our family

Great getaway

We stayed for three weeks and it was great. When we first arrived we had a problem with the AC but the owners were very concerned. They kept in contact with us until it was fixed. The Diplomat was very quiet and the beach was amazing. Do yourself a favor and rent this!

Nice location in Cocoa Beach

Just spent a month here. Nice sunny exposure in a quiet complex. Furnished and came with all the necessities to make for a pleasant stay. Close to the store and restaurants were within walking distance. Would stay there again thanks
