Enjoy our beautiful spacious private guest apartment. Relax in our backyard full of surprises for kids: swing set, 15' trampoline, tree house and sand box. Lake Louise park is just 3 min of nice walk where you can find additional playground, outdoor gym or just walk your dog around the lake. Weaverville downtown with restaurants, brewery, bakery, local art shops, and Yoga studio is just 10 minutes of walk. Well behaved pets are always welcomed

location was perfect for us...communication with host was prompt and helpful. Entry onto the property was accessible...interior was welcoming and cozy... BUT the best was the MOST comfortable KING size bed !!! I have a very expensive King mattress at my home and this bed was by far hands down better... first time I have woken up with absolutely NO back pain!!! Sounds silly I know but it makes all the difference !!! Great shower too!

We were just passing through town, so we spent one night. The place was clean and tidy. And there was plenty room for our fur babies to do what they needed to do. The TV was easy to use. The shower was nice and big and the lighting from room to room was like no place we have ever been... TWO THUMBS UP!!

We enjoyed staying at this super cute and super clean property within a close walk to Lake Louise. Loved walking our dog around the lake and our dog really enjoyed the backyard area! Absolutely perfect!

We just loved this clean, well appointed, and thoughtfully laid out home. Emilia has thought of everything to make her guests feel at home! From shelving to supplies to furniture arrangement and bedding, the home was perfect for us. Walking in the neighborhood was beautiful, and we found a charming local coffeeshop. Perfection.

Beautiful basement apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet street with a short walk to the lake or main street. Each morning we walked to main street for a coffee and pastry. Well-Bred Bakery was particularly nice (0.7 miles away).The house has two driveways, when facing the house, the one on the left is for the apartment and included a J1772 level 2 EV charger which we really appreciated being able to use.The apartment itself was beautiful, with a wonderful shower. Lots of cute little seating for reading. For a couple with a dog or a young child it was the perfect size.

I sometimes have to come into town for doctor's appointments at the VA hospital. It is almost always just me and my dog so I need somewhere pet friendly. I am originally from Weaverville so I love staying there in this wonderful apartment. It is cozy yet spaces I love the design especially the shower it is very quiet and peaceful and there is a fenced-in backyard if you need it. Me and cubby really like staying there and trying to get it every chance we can when I have to come. It is always very clean and everything is in tip top shape ready for your stay. To me it's much more personable than a motel and there's lots of places to walk my pooch. I appreciate the host for such a nice rental.

Christmas week

The place didn't match the place. The lights over the king bed would not turn off at night. The so called extra bed was a blow up mattress that leaks. The shower and kitchen were great. If they fix the lights and get another bed besides a blow up mattress, it wiukdbe a great place to stay.

Quiet Retreat

Everything one could need away from home was available in this quaint basement apartment. Easy walking distance to Main St Weaverville and Lake Louise. A short drive in to Asheville. The apartment was clean and the shower was amazing. The shower felt very “spa” like. The parking situation was a little confusing because there wasn’t any instructions with check in but it worked out. Thank you!

Quiet retreat close to Asheville

It’s not quite as close a walk to downtown Weaverville, but the proximity to the lake is lovely AND you should hit the Wednesday farmers market down the hill at the community center!

You might want to put some information in the check-in message about where you want renters to park if your 2 cars are at the bottom of the driveway. It was a bit confusing.

Lovely hosts and accommodation

Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We misunderstood the listing and were expecting the apartment to be unattached, but it was still totally private. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again! The host was extremely helpful and friendly!
