Lake Front Home. 3 grandes espacios habitables. Porches seleccionados. Mascota amigable.

Nuestra casa es una hermosa casa frente al agua con 5 habitaciones grandes y 4 1/2 baños. También contamos con 3 amplias salas de estar que permiten a cada miembro del grupo una amplia sala para relajarse y disfrutar de la serenidad del lago. Nuestro espacio habitable en el piso principal está abierto a la cocina y al comedor para que nadie se pierda las conversaciones y la diversión. Los porches seleccionados son un área acogedora para disfrutar de su café de la mañana o sus bebidas y aperitivos por la noche antes de que la cena se sirva en la parrilla. Estamos ubicados en un vecindario tranquilo con aguas profundas a solo minutos de Tugaloo State Park y Harbor Light Marina. Así que traiga su bote o PWC, amarre en el muelle y disfrute explorando el lago por el agua. (El deslizamiento del barco no está disponible). Si relajarse en el muelle o en un flotador es más su estilo, entonces sepa que una vista del atardecer está en su futuro. A solo 5 millas de la I-85, nuestra casa es conveniente y cómoda. Te sentirás como en casa y tu único deseo será quedarte más tiempo. Y no te olvides de la familia de 4 patas amigo. Somos un hogar que admite mascotas.

Golf: Estamos ubicados a 30 minutos de varios cursos agradables. Cateechee (Hartwell), Victoria Bryant State Park (Royston), Oconee Country Club (Seneca SC) y The Walker Course (Clemson).

Compras: Tanger Outlet en Commerce.

What a great time we had. Thanksgiving Dinner we made in the wonderful kitchen. It was so well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and flatware we had everything we needed. The boat dock was big enough for our two boats and plenty of water. Thanks we will be back soon.

Family vacation

Our entire family met for our vacation and the house was great! The property manager Julie was so easy to work with and very accommodating! The porches upstairs and downstairs were amazing and so relaxing! We would definitely stay at the house again!!

Great place!!!

We had a great stay with family for a week at the lakehouse! Everything was great and the house lives bigger than it appears in the pictures. Plenty of space for our group of 9 to be together, yet plenty of separate den or sitting/tv watching areas apart from the main den area. Communication was great, the house had all that we needed for our stay, I would highly recommend this for a family trip!

Great Lake House on Lake Hartwell

I’m a high school bass fishing coach, and we booked this place for our team. All and all there were 16 of us and it didn’t feel cramped at all. Very clean very spacious. Julie was great to work with, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying on Lake Hartwell. I will definitely rent here again.

Thanksgiving fun.

We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was very well equipped for a Thanksgiving feast for all of us. Lots of room for everyone to sleep. We really enjoyed the grill cooked great steaks and chicken. The water at the dock was deep enough for us to utilize our pontoon bc and bass boat. Will stay again soon hopefully on the summer so we can really get good use of the beautiful screened in decks.

Great Lake house!!

We had the best time! House was clean and stocked with everything we needed and some items we forgot. We had a small issue with the grill and the property manager promptly fixed the issue. Thank you for everything, we’ll definitely be returning soon!

Owner is wonderful to work with; very accommodating, prompt, friendly and understanding. This house is very roomy; the bedrooms and living areas are very large and allow for personal space. The dock is great- has both shade and sun and walk down stairs which make it much easier on everyone getting in and out of the lake. The dock is on deep, clean water in a gentle cove with less boat traffic, but close to many ramps and a marina. We rented from S&J (who are awesome)! The famous Dixie visited with us nearly everyday and became good buddies with our dogs and kiddos. Location is convenient to 85 and downtown Lavonia for shopping. The Hartwell Safari is only 30 mins and Big Water is 40 by car. We had a wonderful time and plan to return in the future!

Family Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving at your home. The house was perfect for 3 generations - 3 families and our dogs! We enjoyed the area and the Clemson football games. Thank you for your hospitality! Julie was great. We hope to be back again!

Beautiful House on Lake Hartwell!

This house is spotless, beautiful, beautifully decorated & well-stocked! It's a perfect layout with plenty of rooms, bathrooms & dens for a large family group. We loved floating off the dock on the great floats they leave for you. We also enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood & meeting all the wonderful neighbors. We will definitely be back!

Celebrating Birthdays was amazing!

We rented the house to celebrate 3 birthdays in our family. It was amazing. The house was beautiful with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! The screened in porches were great for late night conversations and games. We really loved the dock and the stairs. We have stayed at many vrbo properties before and the stairs from the dock to the water were a real plus!! For our dogs and older family, the stairs made the water accessible and fun. We rented a boat from Harbor Light Marina and would highly recommend them. We truly enjoyed our stay and Julie answered all of our questions and concerns quickly and appropriately. She made the stay relaxing and stress free. Thanks Julie for everything!!

Wonderful House—Great for Families!

Spacious, well laid out home—perfect for our large family! Three levels all with their own living area plus a great screen in porch allowed everyone to have plenty of space. Property manager (Julie) was also wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Quiet cove on Lake Hartwell was perfect for swimming off the dock. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic home for a large group with plenty of space to spread out.

5 bed / 4.5 bath across three floors with 3 living rooms and two enclosed porches. A great dock with plenty of space and a neighborhood dog (Dixie) who is lovable and fetches sticks. What now can you ask for in a lake house? Perfect!

Beautiful home with lots of space!

We chose this house because we wanted lots of room and it did not disappoint! All 3 levels had living space in addition to the bedrooms. We did see a few places that hadn’t been cleaned well (cobwebs in the light fixtures & some dead bugs in the kitchen drawers), but the bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. We had a problem with the remote-controlled ceiling fans not working, and had to replace all the batteries in the remotes. The only real downside we found to this house was that none of us found the beds comfortable. A few members of our group slept on the sofas. But overall this was a great place. We will stay there again if more comfortable mattresses are put in.

Family reunion on Lake Hartwell

This lovely, very spacious home was perfect for our family get-together. The rooms are very large so we could gather in 1 place comfortably and there was also space for privacy when needed. Beds were comfortable. We loved the dock-- sitting, swimming and fishing, and we rented a pontoon boat nearby which we tied up for a short time. The kitchen is well stocked for a large group. Never had any problems. Julie was very helpful beforehand with any info we needed. Highly recommend. We hope to come back again someday.

Autumn Visit

I can't speak to the summer amenities offered at this lovely property but our Thanksgiving visit was a big success. Our family party of seven (plus dogs) were able to whip up Thanksgiving diner for twelve in the well-equipped kitchen. There were bedrooms and bathrooms aplenty, plenty of TVs and games, a fireplace and everything else we could have wanted. Everything was fresh and clean and the owner's representative coldn't have been nicer.

Great home on hartwell

House was fantastic. House was extremely clean and has everything you could ever need. Rooms are very large, could easily sleep 15. Julie was great and extremely accommodating with date changes, etc. One of best rentals I have ever stayed in.

Beautiful Property

When we arrived at this property we were amazed at how nice and well kept it was. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possible need as well. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to be in the area overnight.

Relaxing family getaway

Everyone in our group(ages arranged from 1-70) had a great time here! The home was just what we needed and had lots of room for everyone to spread out. Julie, the property manager was amazing and very attentive with the couple issues we had(nothing serious). Everyone LOVED Dixie and she was a friendly face to be greeted with! Neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. Just wish there was space for a firepit! Thanks again, Julie! We came home rested and we’ve already started planning our next trip!

Relaxation & recreation

Our multigenerational family had a great time at the gumlog house. There was plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 children in the huge three level house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and both screened porches provided a restful place to relax. We had one rainy day and the kids enjoyed playing on the huge downstairs porch. The dock had Adirondack chairs and ample space to dock our boat. The old folks and kids particularly enjoyed the step entry into the water rather than a ladder. One word of advice: if there are mobility issues in your group, talk to Julie. The path is a relatively steep incline and there are multiple stairsteps to the dock. Julie, the property manager, was a dream to work with and was easy to contact. Tugaloo State park was only 10 min away, was not crowded and had a nice sandy beach and shallow swim area that the kids enjoyed. This was our first time at Hartwell and we’ll definitely be back!

Owner - Hi. My family has been spending time on Lake Hartwell since the early 70's. From camping to having our own home we've enjoyed many a day floating and boating. Our home has provided a great place for friends and family to gather throughout the years. We've grown up here and are now allowing our children to grow up here and experience all the joy that we have.

Julie (property manager) - Hey everyone. I've been on Lake Hartwell since 1969 (I was 4). My parents bought a lot and from there the story begins. From a tent for many years to a one room screened in porch for many many years to the beginnings of a home, my parents have led me on quite the adventure. Now their beginning home is their permanent home and I myself have lived here full time for 20 years. My love of the water grew quickly and immensely. Boating, floating or just looking from the porch, I enjoy it all. I have known the owners for 40+ years and know that both they and myself want you to have a fabulous time in their home and our lake.

The location! We are located in a quiet neighborhood with a friendly mixture of permanent and second home owners. It is convenient to I-85 but far enough away feel like you have escaped from the busy world.
