On the first floor: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190), 1 bathroom with bath, double sink and 1 separate toilet.

Heated swimming pool at the beginning and end of season (April, May, June and September) – dimensions: 9 m x 4 m – depth of small bath 1.20 m - large bath 2.00 m. Private swimming pool with safety barriers, unsupervised, children are under the full responsibility of their parents. Solarium equipped with 6 sunbeds and parasol.

You can walk to the Garonnette beach which is less than 150m away.

A deposit of €400 (cash or check) will be requested upon arrival (not cashed) and returned at the end of your stay without damage in the villa.
