Beachy Bungalow less than 2 miles from the Beach!

Beautiful newly renovated property less than 2 miles from the beach! Wonderful oversized lanai with a private screened in pool.
The house is newly listed but I have been a property owner on Marco for 5 years, Please check out my other house for reviews. VRBO #1404547 You will see that I have a reputation for keeping my house immaculately clean and have great reviews! I really try to make my homes a welcome retreat for you during your get away!!
The house is centrally located on the island in a quiet residential neighborhood and is close to restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and shopping. South Beach is a 5 min drive and Tigertail Beach is less than a 10 min drive.
The house is decorated with a beautiful beach theme and everything you need for your holiday is provided during your stay. We have plenty of nice fluffy towels, high end linens, comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer, etc.
There are several bicycles of different sizes that you are welcome to use during your stay. We also have plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach wagon to carry your things to the beach.
We look forward to hosting you in our home so that you can enjoy Marco as much as we do!

Nice house!

First time to Marco Island and it was our first family vacation with both of our children. Overall we had a good time, the weather wasn’t the best the first few days, but we enjoyed the pool when it wasn’t raining. Judy’s place came well equipped with pool floats and noodles to have fun with, the kitchen was stocked with all the cookware you’d need to make meals (we loved the kitchen!) and there was plenty of toiletries, laundry soap and towels! We had a couple minor things come up during our stay and Judy was quick to respond and send someone over. The location of the house was great, loved having everything so close and convenient for shopping. I’d recommend staying here especially if you have kids, the layout of the home was great for a small family. Hope to come back to Marco someday!

Wonderful Property!

We loved the house! It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We spent hours upon hours in the pool! Communication was easy with the owner and overall our entire stay went smooth. We hope to stay again!

Wonderful Property

Our family had an amazing time at Judy’s property. The home is truly amazing, it felt like home the whole time we were there. The pool had a fence around it that was put up because we notified Judy we had toddlers. There were so many great beach chairs, toys, coolers, beach cart, bikes, and everything we needed for vacation. We will definitely be staying at this property again.

Marco Island Oasis

Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for a long weekend with my wife, good friend and his wife. House was spotless, everything you’ll ever need for a vacation this house had. The property manager and owner were very easy to work with and super responsive if we ever had any questions. We loved the neighborhood and the privacy in the backyard near the beautiful pool. We are already planning our trip back!

Wonderful house in a lovely neighborhood down the street from our friends. Even after the hurricane, Judy was super responsive and communicative about the property and making sure we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Great Find!

We loved our recent stay on Bayport Ave. Neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to restaurants. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the spa/pool combo was awesome! There are bikes and lots of beach equipment: chairs, cart, cooler, towels, etc. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Cannot say enough good comments; would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home in a perfect location

This home has everything you need for your beach vacation. Bikes, coolers, chairs and carts to enjoy your time on the island. 5 drive to the beach, shops and restaurants. Kitchen had everything you needed to host and cook for a large group. Appliances are all updated. Decor is tastefully done. And the pool and hot tub were great to relax in all times of the day.

Exceeded my expectations!!

A beautiful home and property! Very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Great location on a quiet street. I felt very safe going for my morning walks and sidewalks on all side streets. We spent a lot of time on the lanai, a little cool for us to use the pool. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when I reached out with some questions. I would go back in a heartbeat! Loved Marco Island and the house! Highly recommend!!

Amazing place

We will absolutely stay here again! Clean, quiet, well decorated, and everything you need for a great stay (plus)! The house is set up well with master bedroom/bath on one side, and the extra bedrooms bed on the other side of house (kitchen and living separating them)! House is in a safe area, and loved the back lanai!

Terrible.

Appliances were terrible, blood stained sheets on spare bed, pool heater didn’t work, outside furniture was very dirty, stains on carpet, bathroom door was broken so very little privacy. Way overpriced for the crappy experience!!

Delightful clean getaway

From check-in til the end of our stay, our host made our trip a breeze. The well-organized home was furnished with clearly labeled places for all kitchenware. The home and community guidelines were laid out crystal clear without being overbearing. The pool area was spotless, easy-to-use, and safe for children.

My family loved this property! Clean, comfortable beds, perfectly decorated, outdoor space was amazing! We swam all day and ate our meals at the outdoor table in the beautiful Marco weather. Owner was responsive and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

Truly paradise!

We have rented many properties for many, many years on Marco and this one is our favorite! The lanai was were we spent all of our time when not on the beach. Lots of lounging space on lanai and pool and hot tub were perfect temp! Everything is new and updated! The kitchen and bathrooms were so clean (as was the entire property) but I’m particularly picky about those rooms. The property manager was outstanding and very responsive when we had a few little things during our 5 week stay such as needing new batteries for the thermostat—had them replaced in an hour. The location was perfect also—close to everything. The house was equipped with the best beach chairs, wagon and umbrella! Very high quality amenities! Bikes also included which was great! Lots of thick beach towels! We can’t wait to go back!

Great stay!

We have stayed at several VRBO houses/condos, and this one was the cleanest and most equipped of them all. The pool area was great, and the bikes to get to the beach were an added bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate about returning!

The house was perfect! All new or newer furnishings, pool and hot tub were clean and ready, and the neighborhood was quiet. I really loved the house and Marco Island! My wife and kids had so much fun and we didnt want to leave! If we come back to Marco Island, we will definitely be coming back to this house

My husband I grew up in a small town in Indiana. After getting married we travelled up and down the East Coast as he served in the Marine Corps for 23 years. We have four children and decided to retire from the Marines and stayed in the Northern VA area just south of Washington D.C. After visiting Marco Island in 2008, we fell in love with the Island!! I experienced some serious health issues a few years ago that living in the cold weather made very difficult. When my husband suggested that living in Marco during the winter may just be the medicine I need; who can argue with the beach as a cure?? We love being on the island and we hope that while you are here that you will find it as relaxing and as restorative as we do!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We choose this particular house because we love the neighborhood! We own another house that we live in during the winter just two blocks away so we are very familiar with this neighborhood and love living here. We love that the neighborhood has sidewalks and the streets are quiet and not well travelled so that we can walk and ride our bikes. The neighbors are friendly and kind, and we love being located close to everything but we don't see all of the shops and restuarants and are not on the busy streets. We can get to the beach in a matter of minutes but don't have all of the busy traffic of the beach goers in our neighborhood. We feel like we are in a great location!
