Spacious, Convenient Townhouse with Excellent Host – Perfect for Park-Goers!

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious townhouse in Orlando! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was a huge bonus. The property was clean and well-equipped overall, though new shower heads would definitely enhance the experience. We didn't spend much time at the property, as we were out exploring the parks and local restaurants most days. However, the location was super convenient for accessing the amusement parks (just be aware of traffic during peak times), as well as restaurants and shopping. There’s a CVS just 2 minutes away and a Walmart about 5 minutes away for any essentials you might need. One thing to note is that the property isn't walkable due to the lack of sidewalks on the main road, so you’ll need a car. We were grateful this townhouse was situated far from the gated entry, which beeps quite loudly whenever someone enters or exits—so check the location carefully if you’re looking at other homes in this community. Parking right outside the door was a major plus for us. The host was excellent at communicating, especially as we arrived shortly after a hurricane. They reassured us and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We had a great time and would happily stay here again!

Nice, clean updated property

Super convenient to Disney in the off season. Not sure otherwise because there was quite a bit of traffic even then. Unit was great layout and super clean. Pillows were very flat, and there was only one trash bag and one laundrg and one dishwasher tab. I messaged owners and they promptly had more laundry and trash bags the next day. I just went and bought new dishwasher tabs as I'm sure it was just an oversight. Very pleased with the whole stay.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of space for a large group. It was a quick trip for us but the place worked perfectly.

Excellent access point for Disney. We had 8 people and were very comfortable. The home is well appointed and super clean. I would stay here again for sure.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing experience at this condo. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for my family of 6 adults. Manuel was super helpful and very responsive to all my questions. We visited both Disney and Universal, and this condo was located perfectly for both. We will be back!

Great for Disney access

This townhouse worked great for our family of 5, and could have been enough for 2 or 3 more. We skipped the car rental and took Uber everywhere (4 parks). Very smooth and huge cost savings over car rental and paying premiums for smaller accommodations inside a park. Also DoorDash for dinner was our go to if we didn’t eat at the parks before we left. House was clean and comfortable. If we come back to Disney we would stay in this neighborhood again because it is soooo close to the parks.

Family trip to Universal

Great stay for a family trip to Universal (all adult children & their spouses). 6 adults and we had plenty of space to stretch out. We weren't in home during the day but had most of what we needed to make breakfast and dinner. For what we didnt have, Publix and CVS are right around the corner. Nothing critical to say, but do want to share some info that may have helped us plan better. The pool is not included (for free) with the rental. Its currently $100/day (per unit so as many people as you want to use it). The bowls are tiny so we purchased paper bowls for cereal. The nest thermostat is pretty efficient, but must have been set on a timer and we got pretty chilly overnight so recommend traveling with a light blanket as we did not see any additional ones. Manny, the owner was extremely communicative. The community is in an amazing location for Disney and pretty good one for Universal. We would stay there again!

Great location

The property is very nice. Very close to anything and everything you would need. Very close to the parks and very easy to get around. There is a parking spot right in front of the unit designated for the unit. The house was very spacious. Love that every bedroom had its own bathroom. This made getting ready with a large group super easy. The bedding was only a sheet and a blanket. Upstairs bedrooms were a comfortable temperature but the downstairs bedroom is extremely hot. The pillows and mattress were very very comfortable. The couches were nice but not comfortable. The couches are more like loveseats and not full couches. The outside area was full of cobwebs and debris. I understand that it is outside however neighboring areas did not look like this unit. The chandelier was very dusty and cobwebby. The baseboards were extremely dusty and dirty. The corners in the showers were not very clean. Windows were dirty. The unit is in need of some spring cleaning. Toaster only toasted one side of the toast. And I would have loved if they had a baking sheet in the kitchen. The pool is a charge of $100 a day. The owners were very gracious to comp us a day at the pool, but not affordable if you want to do something during the day and take a dip later in the afternoon or in the morning before you went somewhere. The security gate did not work. All in all our stay was enjoyable but would probably choose a different complex.

Wonderful spot for a Disney Vacation

Our family stayed in this beautiful house for a week and spent time at Disney and Universal. The location was great being just a 10 minute drive to Hollywood Studios. The other parks were just a bit further but easy drives. The four bedrooms, each with its own bath, made for a no hassle out in the morning. House had everything we need to have a great vacation. Highly recommend.

Weeks stay visiting Disney

We had a great stay at this property. It was a very short drive to all the parks and had a beautiful pool for rest days. The unit itself was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. The showers were quite luxurious too. The only minor recommendations I would make would be additional blankets for chilly nights, and streaming service access for the televisions. Manuel, the host, was very responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Great Location

This property is a fantastic location to the theme parks. Good size for a family. The linens should be upgraded, 2 showers drained extremely slowly and needs more kitchen eating utensils. Overall it was a nice place and worked well for us!

Great family property

My entire family stayed (8 in total) and this property was wonderful. Very clean, close to WDW as well as necessary amenities (Walmart, multiple food options) it’s a gated community, very quiet and safe. We had a fabulous time. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The only less than wonderful thing is that the property now charges to use the pool. Manny was very accommodating and offered to comp us one day. The gesture was much appreciated!

Needs some deep cleaning and furniture upgrades

The condo was dirty. Need to clean the carpets or replace them. The furniture in the living room was dirty as well. Great and easy communication with the property owner/manager. I would not stay in this condo again.
