The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There were three full bathrooms which was helpful for our large group. Terry was very communicative and the check-in/out process was super easy.

Time with a wedding party

The house was perfect for our group. 9 of us were very comfortable in this house. The house was very clean and had ample supplies like towels and soaps. Our host (terry) was incredibly responsive to our questions and really clear with their directions. We did not use the outdoor space but it looked really nice. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful home for wedding weekend

With a large family Terry’s home was perfect for our stay. We rented for our families over our wedding weekend and it was the perfect accommodation for people to arrive, rest, and get ready for our ceremony.

Great large group accommodation

This was perfect for us & our 4 married children with their spouses. We cooked, sat outside, used the hot tub, grilled, and played games. We were working at an event at UNLV. Very close to the Strip, but away from the noice of the city. Meet our expectation.

Nice place with minor issues

Had everything you needed, location felt safe & the house was nice. Checkout was easy, but had a few complaints. Do not leave any food drinks etc on the counter as tons of ants will come out, garage is locked also FYI & bed sheets had minor stains

Lovely stay

The place was lovely, clean, and spacious. The host was responsive and didn't reach out more than was necessary. The location was great, quiet, and private but a short drive to the strip and major attractions. Would definitely stay there again!

Bachelor Weekend

Terry was incredibly accommodating in his beautiful home. In what seemed like a mansion, we had just as much comfort there as our own homes. We have to book again based on experience. It take a lot to make a group of guys from the east coast happy, and you did that to no measure.

Nice home needs some upgrades in bedroom furniture desk. And chairs . Not all bathrooms have fan . Very irritant alarm from using patio door when entering from outside unable to stop the alarm ( told its local ordinance) that noise cancels all the effort that is made to keep the neighborhood quiet in evening hours . Construction occurring both in front and back of the house which was not mentioned during rental causing continuous noise.

Very clean and comfortable

Excellent location, close to shopping. Very nice neighborhood. House was so nice, large rooms especially bedrooms. Very modern and clean. We had a small group but the house could comfortably handle a large group. I was surprised at how nice it was!

Fantastic Spot, Great Service

We really enjoyed this place. We stayed for three weeks while working in town and everything about the home, the neighborhood, and the location was perfect. Very easy to get into downtown and plenty in the immediate area to keep you busy if you'd rather stay out of the mayhem of the city. The communication from the owner was excellent. Check-in and check-out was straight forward and very simple. We would certainly stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This has to be, by far the best rental home that my family/friends and I have stayed out. We have had a trip every year to Nevada for the past 8 years, so when I say that this is the best rental home ever, I mean it! Terry was great at communicating with me the entire stay. He made sure to be as detailed as possible to make sure we arrived and stayed comfortable and safe. Thank you so much Terry for being an amazing host. We had an amazing vacation and you and your lovely home were the reason why. Thank you so much, I will definitely be recommending your home. I hope we can continue to book your home for future vacations in Nevada. No complaints at all, this was great time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Host was attentive, accesible and friendly

Highly recommend this property. They have a sauna in the master bedroom, rooms were clean and over all stay was very comfortable, only 20 minutes from the strip.

House is beautiful!!

Everything in the house was beautiful. The kitchen was clean and spacious. Tjere was enough room for all of us to eat together. We were able to cook and even BBQ. The BBQ was a bit small but we made it work. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms & laundry room were really clean. No water spots or anything. Plenty of towels. We all had an amazing time. The pool was the only thing that was dirty when we arrived. However, it was scheduled for maintenance the day we arrived and the pool guy was sweet. We just had to wait an hour for the chemicals to balance out and then we were fine. Definitely looking forward to staying here again. 😍👍

Great stay!

This was my families first vrbo rental and it was such a great experience. The property manager was very attentive and got back to us quickly with any questions or concerns; we didn’t have too many concerns. The home is well taken care of with normal wear and tear, great lighting from all the windows around the house (great shutters if you don’t want natural sunlight). Something I did not take into consideration when looking into vacation rentals was the pool, my kids are beginner swimmers and the deep end is 5ft, this worked out so well for us. As for the rules, I was a little concerned with the noise monitors; I for sure thought we would be getting many notifications since we were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids (we can get loud) but even at our loud moments we were okay, we received no noise complaints. All in all a great stay.

House as pictured, gorgeous.

We were able to check in early since there was no one saying the day prior. House was spotless and 10 minutes from the strip. The only downfall was that there are noise monitors inside and outside that will send the owner an alert if you are being too loud. (I missed this when reading the description) Of course with a house this big they are gonna get a few texts but they kindly texted me when it when off and we didn’t have any problems.

Terrible experience and host! Do not go.

I am highly NOT recommending visiting this property. Our experience was terrible, and especially the host was rude and not helpful. When we came to the property at 5 PM on our check-in date we saw that there is a car parked near the house, and it looked weird, so I decided to call on the door before entering. The group of people opened us the door and said that they rented a property for the same dates on AirBnb!!! We already did a lot of grocery shopping and came on Uber, so we even didn’t have a car and ended up staying outside on 40*C heat with food calling the host. She answered from 10th call and said at first that she doesn’t see our reservation! And then she said “Oh, I see it, I’ll call you later, bye” and just dropped the phone. She never called us back and just cancelled the reservation! So we ended up not having a place to stay for the weekend and all of the weekend was ruined. Therefore, I am highly not recommending anyone to go to this property and dealing with a host like this who takes several reservations at the same time, because you can end up not having a place to stay.

Very bad experience

We had a very bad experience since the owner ordered us to leave his property the next day after we entered and we had already rented him for two nights, we called him to talk and what would explain why he did not want to leave and his excuse was that he wanted us out from his house because the neighbors complained about us talking a little loudly in the courtyard, which I think is normal when you are with your family, in short he did not want to listen to us and threw us out like dogs, and worse, he charged us two nights when we were only one and in addition to that he charged us the deposit when we left his property intact all collected and without any damage, to be honest I feel cheated and this man is a arrogant, bad mannered and rude, I do not recommend that you rent in this living place.
