In the immediate vicinity of the Lac d'Estaing, the Lac du Tech, the start of the hikes to the Balaïtous, the Gabizos, and the Grand Barbat, the Col du Soulor, the Nordic area of Couraduque or the Thermes d'Argelès-Gazost, whatever the season, there is something to keep lovers of the great outdoors busy.
Everything can be done on foot: shops, pharmacies, farmers' markets, tourist offices and magical hikes (Lac du Tech, Lac d'Estaing...)!
Family:
Ideal house for families because you will find 3 minutes walk, just behind the house: pumptrack track (bike, bmx, scooters, skateboard..), outdoor games - trampoline, zip line, tennis court, and a municipal swimming pool with slide and mountain view. Something to delight young and old alike, in complete safety, without travelling by car.

Climbing:
The icing on the cake, for climbing enthusiasts, the municipality has equipped a wall with several routes, all levels; remember to bring your equipment!

Paragliding:
Paragliders will not be left out with a decoration right next to the house, and two paragliding schools; ditto, ideal for first flights, remember to book!

Cycling:
The Val d'Azun is a mecca for nature sports and mythical passes of the Tour de France (Soulor, Aubisque, Hautacam).

Horseback riding:
Let's not forget the riding center for beautiful horseback rides...

Around the house: Argelès-Gazost 12km (rafting, caving, paragliding, animal park, tree climbing...), Lourdes (24km), Pic du Midi de Bigorre (54km), Cauterets (28km), Gavarnie (50km), Pic d'Ossau (50km), Col du Pourtalet- Spain (60km)

50% refund of the amount paid (minus service charges) if you cancel at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Damages and incidental costs
You will find a pleasant barn for up to 9 beds with all the usual comforts and amenities. A haven of peace in the heart of nature. Splendid view of the valley.
Important:
- Sheets and towels are not provided,
- no wifi,
- A deposit of 250 euros will be required.
- A €50 cleaning fee will be deducted from this deposit if the apartment is not returned in the original state of cleanliness.
