Veules-les-Roses - Charming house in Normandy, a 2-minute walk from the beach

Villa Les Bruyères is an authentic charming Norman house, ideally located in the heart of the village of Veules-les-Roses, in a small quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the sea and shops.<br><br> It is a warm family home, designed to comfortably accommodate parents, children and friends, for a long weekend or a holiday by the sea.<br><br>Completely renovated, the house has retained its character while offering modern comfort. The decoration has been carefully chosen: soft colours, warm materials, carefully chosen furniture... You immediately feel at home.<br><br>At the back, a courtyard and then a fully enclosed garden, accessible by an external staircase, offer an intimate and secure space for children, family meals and moments of relaxation in the open air.<br><br>Free parking for one vehicle is possible right in front of the house (access and reserved space on request).<br><br>The house develops approximately 135 m², allowing everyone to find their place while enjoying generous common areas.<br><br>On the first floor, a large bright living room brings together:<br>• a friendly lounge, ideal for relaxing after the beach, playing with the family or sharing an aperitif,<br>• a warm dining room for large meals all together,<br>• A completely renovated, friendly and functional American kitchen, open to the living room.<br><br>Rooms & family spirit<br><br>We offer 4 rooms for rent: 3 adult rooms (3 double beds) and 1 children's room (1 single bed).<br><br>1st floor<br>• Bedroom n°1 – "Les Roses": 1 double bed. Cosy and warm atmosphere, ideal for a couple, with its old metal bed and pink duvet that gently recalls the charm of Veules-les-Roses.<br><br>• Bedroom n°2 – "Les Galets": 1 single bed. Room in grey tones, enhanced with a few touches of red, perfect for a child or teenager after a day at the beach.<br><br>• Bedroom n°3 – "La Veules": 1 double bed. Room in shades of blue-grey, shell and linen, in a soft and relaxing atmosphere. Access to bedroom n°3 is through bedroom n°2. The two bedrooms are separated by a door, forming a very practical sleeping area for a family with children.<br><br>2nd floor<br>• Bedroom n°4 – "The Cliffs": 1 double bed. Green duvet, carpet and Indian-inspired decoration for this real retreat under the roof, quiet and pleasant, ideal for seclusion and rest.<br><br>On request, it is possible to add a baby cot in one of the bedrooms (n°1 or n°4) in order to comfortably accommodate the little ones.<br><br>Capacity: 7 people maximum.<br><br>Ideal configurations:<br><br>• 3 couples and 1 child, or<br>• 2 couples and 3 children.<br><br>Comfort & bedding<br><br>The house is designed for a carefree stay:<br>• each bed is equipped with duvets, pillows, mattress protectors, mattress pads and pillow protectors,<br>• sheets are provided and washed at 60°,<br>• The bedding (large beds) and protections are very recent, to guarantee you a comfortable sleep after your days at the sea.<br><br>A small seaside resort full of charm and many activities<br><br>Veules-les-Roses is a charming Normandy seaside resort, where everything is easily done on foot from the house:<br>• Tennis courts: approx. 400 m<br>• Cinema: 50 m<br>• Beach and water activities: about 300 m<br>• Fishing on foot with the family<br>• Restaurants, bars, shops and market (on Wednesdays)<br>• Library, bookstore, art galleries <br>• Church, chapel<br>• Walk along the Veules (smallest river in France and circuit of the mills)<br>• Fishermen's boats (fish, mussels, oysters, scallops, etc.)<br><br>Villa Les Bru
