Nice house nice neighborhood

House was in a nice neighborhood that felt very safe and was convenient to Columbus and our soccer tournament, close to shops, restaurants, and gas stations within 1-2 miles

Property has been neglected. Holes in walls, cobwebs and dust in corners. Light Bulbs need replacement, carbon monoxide detector unplugged and on a bench in the basement. Upstairs twin bed had no mattress or bedding. Had to use a personal inflatable mattress to meet bedding needs. Inspection certificate from the city posted in the dinning area expired in 2025. Last reviews posted were from 2024. Looks like the place was rented on a long term lease and very little was done to touch up afterwards. Sidewalk leading from the parking area is uneven and lacks any lighting. Code provided to gain access was incorrect and took 20 mins to rectify.

A long Stay

Overall a very nice experience. Although the property could use some upgrades, it was a pleasant stay. The garbages were placed curbside weekly, the internet worked great. Cable although a Roku, provided enough entertainment tjat I needed. The neighborhood is nice, a park nearby. I would recommend a stay here

What was needed where it was needed

Came down for two concerts over the holiday weekend. This property was between both venues. Quiet little house in a quiet neighborhood. They also worked with me on letting us into the property earlier than check-in time.

Exactly as expected and super clean

Everything is exactly as listed and is super clean. The manager was very responsive even later into the night when I had an inquiry. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a simple and clean experience.

Wrong made right

We arrived later than we had planned. Arrived to a freezing cold house, had no choice but to stay the night in the cold. The next morning we messaged the manager to fix the problem, problem not fixed but was offered another house to stay in.

Great property

The property managers are super responsive. The property is in a safe part of town with lots of close restaurants, shops, etc. we had a fantastic weekend at the Columbus zoo. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

This is a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. Nice furnishings, very clean. There are shops and restaurants a few blocks away.

The Blue Bungalow is a cute home tucked in a nice neighborhood.

Communication with property management was excellent and they responded very quickly. The house is in a cute neighborhood which is walkable snd great if your traveling with a dog. There are two areas with grass and trees very close as well for furbabies. There was also a neighborhood deer who preferred the next door yard. She greeted us in the morning and evening. DNR said it was normal to see them there which I thought was cool. I will be back.

Do Not Stay At This Property

Buyer beware. Rented dozens of VRBO properties around the country. Always something a bit off but you expect that with a rental. However, the pictures for this property are very misleading. The house was not at all as it was presented in the listing. Way beyond what the manager would be able to quickly "fix." We had to leave and get a hotel. Damage to ceilings, filthy blinds, broken furniture, light gas smell at top of stairs. Needs lots of attention. Owner will not return my communication attempts and VRBO can't do anything to help. VERY EXPENSIVE mistake. Headed to small claims court. Tried to share my email so I could send you photos but VRBO made me remove it. I recommend the Marriott Residence in Polaris, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Same price.

Convenient location/good communication

The property was in a very good location for our purposes, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby, as well as access to several highways. When we encountered an issue (VRBO needed us to register for Homeland Security purposes, during inaugural week) and property managers were very helpful, as was VRBO itself. Kitchen a bit spare and bathroom was cold (very cold temps that week), but quite suitable for our stay. Managers were informed of these issues and indicated they would be remedied for future guests.

Stayed during a trip home during Covid-19

The Blue house was a perfect place for us to stay while home in Ohio. We were in Ohio for my father in laws funeral and this house allowed us to attend without bringing risk to our family. Perfect for the 3 of us and our dog. Candi

Quick weekend away for baseball tourney

Owners are great with communication and providing guidelines for stay. Home is very old with steep staircase to the second floor bedrooms and basement where the laundry was located. Street is very dark. Freight train runs regularly past the home. Overall met the needs of our stay for a baseball tournament. Unable to take advantage of much in the area due to schedule and pandemic
