Apartment (55 m2) very bright,, VERY quiet, in a small secure residence (code, beep) with a terrace 8 m2 overlooking the garden and the hill. (2 star rating Tourist Office).

I do a discount for 2 people and for early bookings.

The entrances are not necessarily on Saturdays on the contrary; Ask me according to the reservations, out of season no worries...

Check-out is at 9 a.m. and check-in starts at 4 p.m. You can ask me if it's possible to arrive earlier.

- Bedroom 1 bed 140 x190 for 1 couple
- Bedroom 2, smaller, an open trundle bed to accommodate
i.e. a couple (160x190)
either 2 children or 2 people with 2 separate beds (80x190)
- Separate toilet
- Bathroom with a shower (washing machine at your disposal).

You are staying in Sainte-Maxime and the surrounding area, confinement over, but
while respecting the rules of distancing. A village of 14300 inhabitants all year round, where life is good I can assure you, I chose to live in this small town by the sea, easily accessible either by road, (A8), or by train (St Raphael or Les Arcs Draguignan 24 km), or by plane from Nice (120 km).

-Seaside activities, the Nautic club, windsurfing, snorkelling, kayaking... 18-hole golf course, cinema, and shows at the Théâtre de la Mer...
- If you like to walk like me, you can discover magnificent trails either by boat departure from Sainte-Maxime (10 minutes crossing) faster than by road, to discover Saint-Tropez, and the coastal path, or by car to discover small villages such as Ramatuelle, Grimaud, Gassin and Port Grimaud, (a small Venice) or in the region.

I am at your disposal to provide you with further information if necessary upon your arrival.
