Just what our family needed

We stayed here with 4 adults and 10 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked for our quick needs. I loved that each room had their own bathroom. The pool area was a blast for all ages—only downside is there really isn't any shade at the pool. It's a great location to most things in St. George. It was beautifully decorated and welcoming. We had a few little issues and they were taken care of almost immediately. Check in and check out was super easy. Will stay again.

Place was awesome. Garage access space is tight if you've gota trailer to back in. Otherwise everything went smoothly. Would definitely book again, especially for the good rate. Slept 15 of us confortably

Awesome Vacation!

Our unit was clean and had everything that we needed and it was an EXCELLENT location to the shared Pool and pickle ball courts. And the pool was amazing, with a fun slide and a quick lazy river. We had such a fun week and loved our stay! We could go to Zion's, hike 2 or 3 trails and come back and have 3 hours of pool fun! It was perfect.

Perfect Spot

I needed a comfortable place for some track athletes to stay while we came into town for a 2-day track meet. This was the perfect spot. Beds a plenty, nice kitchen, and the perfect location for us. Thank you for sharing this home with us!

This home was in the most perfect location of what we were needing Love what it had to offer. Only problem I had was the cars that would park behind the garage/at the other rental, it made it difficult to get out. Other then that super amazing!!

Not as Advertised

This property is not suitable for 19 people. My group had 16 and it was a tight squeeze. Four members of our group had to book additional rooms elsewhere because one of the advertised queen beds was missing and the advertisement made it seem so much larger than it was. This property is suitable for 8-9 people at the maximum and that’s only if half are children. It’s a small condo with three bedrooms. Things were falling apart on the home, the fridge didn’t work well, and the ice maker was broken. It was in a fun location with pool and trail access.

We came in to run the marathon. We rested well the night before, spent time in the water after the run, and cooked a big dinner for everyone in the kitchen. We loved the place and felt very at home.

Great location, clean-ish

Let's start with the positives. The location was fantastic! The kids loved swimming in the fun pool, lazy river and water slide. The rental itself was roomy and had a lot of beds, which is great for a large group. Unfortunately, we were sent the wrong address by the admin. We tried contacting them but received no response. Since we didn't arrive until after dark we were driving all around trying to find the right place. We had been given the correct street number but the wrong street name. It was confusing and stressful. We thought maybe it was because it was after hours that we didn't receive any help. However, they never contacted us the next day to make sure we had found it. When we entered the unit it smelled dingy, not clean. Although the surfaces (floors, countertops, etc) were pretty clean. The carpet was nicely vacuumed but could use a shampooing. The linens were dirty. In the master suite both towels had brown smudges on them. The dishes in the cupboard were not clean. Several cups had what seemed to be a red sauce on them. Large mixing bowls had fingerprints and smudges. Curtains had food on them. Couch pillows (if you can call it a couch... it's more of a day bed than anything) were stained and gross. Honestly it was and overall uncomfortable because things just didn't feel clean. We won't be using Red Sands again, as they were not helpful and we will not stay in this unit again. But we did like the location and will be back using a different rental service.

Good Location

The home was clean. Kids loved the bunk beds. Lazy River is not heated so off season makes for pretty cold. Slide was a hit.

Repeat visit!

Stayed in the same exact unit two years in a row. A wonderful place to stay. Close to everything, plenty of space, and great community plus pool complex.

Very Good

I really want to rate Excellent, as we enjoyed our stay in this unit. However, despite great response and best efforts, there continues to be a problem with the heat on the 2nd floor, which, at times, just doesn't want to shut off. We'd love to stay again if this problem was solved.

Great property for our girls weekend getaway

This property was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. My granddaughters loved sleeping together in the room with the bunk beds. We had 16 of us and we loved the space we had to be together. We loved the pool and the closeness it was to shopping and Tuachan Theater. We had contacted the property management and we’re very impressed with their quick response to us. Thank you for a great weekend in a beautiful property!

Great place

This was a great place to stay at for our mini vacation! We had two families with teens, adults and kids all together and all enjoyed our stay. Close to Zions and Toquerville which were our destinations. Wished the pool would have been running by our stay but stated it should be ready by September. Clean, spacious and comfortable!

Spacious stay

The property was very clean and a great size to allow us to spread out while still being together. Kitchen has all you need (minus a pizza cutter lol) and the kids enjoyed the Xbox games at night. Close to the Rec center and trails. Great stay, and communication is just a text away for anything you need.

Huntsman Games team house

The place was clean, plenty of parking, im a quiet neighborhood. The 2 king bedrooms were nice; they had there own showers - large rooms. One is on ground level, so is great if you have someone who is handicapped or has a hard time negotiating stairs. Murphy bed in the living room was comfy, but in an awkward spot. We liked the queen size bunk beds in the bunk room upstairs. Great for a bunch of kids or large family. Bunk room, which holds 15 shares one bathroom. Kitchen can get congested when preparing meals, but has a large pantry to hold your food supplies. Seating for eating. Counter stools aren't overly useful with how the kitchen is set up. Round table holds 8, there is a picnic table outside off the dining area. There are tvs in each bedroom and the livingroom. The Pickleball courts are closeby and can be lite up at night. The complex is in the process of build a pool area next to the Pickleball courts. Currently the rest of the recreation options are free at the Washington Rec Center, which is within 5 minutes driving. The pool and lazy river there are fabulous. It is within 15 minutes of the Grafton building in Hurricane and the St George sports center. Grocery stores and other shopping is closeby.
