Amazing Stay in Sarasota!

We had a fantastic 10 day stay at this home. Becky, the host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making our experience even better. The house was stocked with everything we could need and more. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The view overlooking the water was stunning, and we especially loved sitting outside under cover during the storm—it was such a unique and memorable experience. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Becky!

Great Home with a View

We picked this home in Sarasota to experience Siesta Key Beach and it did not disappoint. We like to spend the majority of our time outside and this home has everything. The outdoor area is set up with plenty of covered space for sitting and watching movies, playing cards and napping. The grill, outdoor fridge and bar were thoroughly enjoyed. The spectacular view from the pool and hot tub couldn’t be beat. The inside is clean with plenty of space, well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach and bath towels. The proximity to the airport and beaches is outstanding. Siesta key sunsets and beach can’t be beat. The host Becky is easy to reach out to and responds quickly. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the area and this wonderful home. We hope to return in the near future.

Great house near the beach

The house was very clean, well kept and in a good neighborhood close to everything. It's about a 10 minute or so drive to the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was quite nice as well. The thing that really sets off the property is the wonderful screened outdoor space. There is plenty of seating both around the pool / hot tub and in the covered area where you will find a grill with an exhaust hood, a bar, a high top table and a bench type table each seating four. The only very minor thing was that the refrigerator in the kitchen really didn't get quite as cold as we would've hoped.

Another awesome stay!

This was our second time staying at this rental, we loved it just as much as the 1st time. Private pool and hot tub on the water and minutes from the beach. Perfect to come back to after being on the beach all day. The property manager did make some upgrades in furniture which are better than the ones in the photos! Lots of grocery stores close by too to get what you need. Quiet neighborhood. No issues with neighbors. Thanks Becky!!

Great location! Please lanai and pool! Becky is very responsive and helpful if you need anything during your stay. When traveling with little kids, it was very nice to find a place with a high chair and pack n play, one less thing to pack. We all enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Great patio / pool area. Excellent restaurants near by. Short drive to beach. Only drawback is they want towels and dishes washed and put away prior to checking out. With the checkout time so early it makes last morning unenjoyable.

This Home is a Dream

This home is - and has - everything you could ever imagine for a dream vacation in Sarasota! Location is so close to the beach, pool and hot tub so much fun for kiddos! We enjoyed this home for two weeks and was only sorry we had to leave! We hope to enjoy it again sometime! Dealing with the homeowner Becky was also one of the best parts! An Absolute Gem

We had a fantastic trip, largely influenced by the quality of this home. The thoughtful layout of the house and it’s comfortable furnishings created a perfect vacation home for our family trip (4 adults and 1 toddler) The house is situated on an amazing creek with picturesque dockside and poolside views. Family vacation

This is a great location-quiet neighborhood with beautiful view of Phillipi Creek in which the manatee visited twice.The outside area -pool,hottub grill lanai is an exceptional area, where we enjoyed the majority of our time. The shallow tanning/ledge in pool is great for small children.It is a short drive to many beaches restaurants and downtown Sarasota. The kitchen is well stocked and thanks so much for the air fryer! Becky responded very quickly with any questions we had.Would definitely rent again , highly recommend!!

Wonderful Stay

The property and home is very well maintained, spacious, very clean and has everything you could need in the kitchen. Beach towels, beach chairs, and floats for the pool are provided. Great location offering a beautiful view of Phillippi Creek. We enjoyed the covered Lanai, grill, pool and hot tub. Amazing trip!

We enjoyed our trip so much! This home was wonderful for our group of two couples and an infant! The double primary suites made it easy to travel with two couples. Becky went above and beyond ensuring a pack n play and high chair were available upon arrival. The home has every amenity you could need for a beach vacation (towels, chairs, umbrella, beach tent), plenty of pool towels and floats and a washer/dryer. The location is wonderful for many coffee stops, bars and restaurants! The beach is a short drive and easy parking! We plan to revisit soon! Thank you!

Relaxing home away from home!

The house was nice and clean, centrally located. We chose this property because of the lanai, and it didn’t disappoint. We spent most time out back, and enjoyed the view and pool…it didn’t get old. The location was close to get to everything, Siesta Key, Lido Key, restaurants and shopping. Had a great time!

Great property with spectacular views of the canal.

We enjoyed our time at this property. The pool, spa, outdoor space and view was wonderful. The AC worked well and beds were comfortable. We normally stay on Siesta Key but we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this house in Sarasota again as it was centrally located. The only things we could suggest for improvement is possibly more lighting in living room and dining room areas and more comfortable living room furniture. The blue sofa was really low to the ground (even the adults in their 20s had a difficult time getting up) and the red sofa was hard. The blue chair and bean bag were the prime seats. However, you'll spend the majority of your time on the back patio deck furniture so don't let it stop you from renting! We will return.

Fabulous Florida!

My group came to Florida to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house was perfect. We had plenty of space, amenities, and oh my gosh the lanai was amazing! The instructions were thorough on using the space and when we spotted a couple of bugs in the house the host Becky was quick to manage the situation and even gave us a monetary gift for our "troubles". The pool and hot tub were perfect with a beautiful view. I highly recommend this home.

The outdoor living area was amazing at this property! Clean pool, grill, plenty of room and seating was great and used a lot. Overall, this is a quiet area but close to everything and the house was clean. We didn’t have any issues and would rent again.

Sarasota’s Best Kept Secret!

I hesitate to write this review, but only because I don’t want everyone to know about this gem of a property and it’s owners! We rented the property for a two week stay while we were in town for my sister’s wedding. It was our home away from home and was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Our group included my husband and I (40s), my parents (60s and 70s) and my grandmother (80s). The home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms which provided ample space for all of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. Privacy was never an issue and we could easily sneak off for a quick nap without being disturbed if we chose. The home is one floor which made it easy for traveling with my grandmother who had major surgery recently and now uses a walker to get around. As a note for anyone traveling with elderly family members or friends, we found this home to be very accommodating to my grandmother’s needs. She enjoyed lounging in the lounge chairs by the pool, the pool also has a tanning shelf which allowed us to put a chair in the water so she could get her feet wet and she even walked laps around the pool area with her walker. The owners have completely redone the pool area and chose the appropriate materials to ensure safety from slipping. We spent most of our time outside on the lanai around the pool. The home has a beautiful pool and hot tub, which we used everyday. There is also plenty of seating as well as a grilling area, bar and tv which makes for a great entertaining space. The BEST feature of this home is by far the view. It is absolutely gorgeous and so serene. We enjoyed views of the creek as well as all of the wildlife. You won’t even miss the beach. This home’s location is also a perk. You’re not on the island, which I personally wouldn’t want to be anyway. Instead you’re a quick 5 minute drive across the bridge. The owners of this property are wonderful and so accommodating. They love their home and they truly want people to enjoy it as much as they do. They care about your experience. We communicated quite frequently before our stay, during our stay and I know that we will continue to communicate in the future as well. It’s not that there were any issues to report, we just genuinely became friendly with one another and I even ended up sharing pictures of my sister’s wedding with them. Truly they are great people! This home truly is Sarasota’s best kept secret, until now! Book fast!

Fabulous Vacation to The Perfect Spot

Centrally located in Sarasota this home provided easy access to golf courses, beaches shopping and fabulous restaurants. The home has a great spacious layout enabling easy access to all areas and eliminates congestion. The pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, TV and sitting areas are perfect. A beautiful view of the creek assures you will spend all of your time here relaxing comfortably.

Our home is less than 10 minutes from the number one beach in America. Being located just off the key lends the added benefit of not having to deal with the beach traffic unless you are going to the beach! Explore Sarasota downtown, St. Armand's Circle and hundreds of wonderful restaurants and shops within minutes of the house. The views of Phillippee Creek canal from the outdoor space are breathtaking and will have you coming back year after year. We love to relax while watching our children fish off the dock. Many hours have been spent playing in the pool and watching the fish jump in the canal. The spa is a wonderful new addition that can be enjoyed regardless of the temperature outside and the colorful lights add both fun and ambiance to any evening.
