The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, and mixer... its large terrace on the garden level, which doubles as a living area, offers 50 m² of wooden decking in front of the lawn, complete with a table, chairs, a parasol, and 2 lounge chairs.<br>It can accommodate up to 6 people with a sofa bed in the living room featuring a slatted frame and a high-density foam mattress.<br>It is ideally located in the heart of a major tourist attraction, the “Route des Phares” (Lighthouse Route), which features the world’s highest concentration of lighthouses, stretching from Pointe Saint-Mathieu to Portsall.
