We prioritize the safety of our guests and take cleaning seriously. Therefore, we have committed to following an enhanced cleaning protocol—a set of rigorous cleaning guidelines developed in partnership with experts from the healthcare and hospitality sectors for the COVID-19 context and beyond.
Here’s what we do before each stay:
 Sanitizing all frequently touched surfaces, including door handles
 Using cleaning products approved by health experts, such as disinfectants containing at least 70% alcohol
 Thorough cleaning of all rooms following our rigorous cleaning checklists
 Wearing a mask and gloves to prevent cross-contamination
 Washing all linens, including sheets, at high temperatures
 Follow other local guidelines, including any additional safety or cleaning instructions
 Provide guests with masks, hand sanitizer, and cleaning supplies.
For this reason, we charge a flat fee of €35 when the keys to the cottage are handed over.
