Beautiful Cabin

We really enjoyed the cabin. The view is not of the mountains from the cabin porch during the summer. All in all it was great!

Overall this cabin was wonderful for my family ! If you are not use to the mountains just to warn you the way in is just a little sketchy with all the steep hills and sharp turns . The cabin is in a cul-de-sac so the parking is great compared to the other cabins that are near . We did have a little issue with a rug coming up and the maintenance came quickly to fix it . The host was very responsive . The cabin was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The only issues I had was that the internet was not the best down stairs and there wasn’t a big enough sheet pan when we tried to make fries . There was one but it was small . The cabin does only come with a small amount of necessities. Which is stated in the rental agreement. VRBO usually only comes with a starter amount . We would definitely return to this location in the future !

Beautiful getaway

We had a family girls trip to Dollywood and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We wanted to enjoy beautiful views and a quiet cabin environment. The Belvedere was perfect! I can’t even mention all the great things about it, but some important positives to mention are the responsiveness of Eden Crest staff and the amenities! They texted helpful information prior to our stay and when they called after we checked in to see if everything was okay, they got a maintenance staff out to us within an hour to address a loose doorknob and toilet. They were excellent to work with and we loved our time there! The Alexa was an added bonus to a very nicely furnished cabin. We enjoyed our Dolly songs playing throughout the house as we cooked and rocked on the gorgeous wraparound deck. We’re definitely going to stay there again!

Good home but extremely poor management.

While the home itself was well laid out and appointed, the management company provided for a very poor overall experience. Two of the four bedroom toilets didn't work upon arrival, and it took 21 hours for the company to send someone out to fix them. A shower curtain was covered in black mold, but that was remedied in only hours. The main level AC quit working on the second night, and it was resolved late the following morning. We heard that this management company was in the process of being bought out, but at least half of the contacts we spoke to in our frequent calls were below expectations at best. Overall, if the home had been properly managed, our review and experience would have been entirely different. Despite all this, we still left the home clean and properly closed up, and waited four days for a call from management regarding all the issues.

Excellent location, very nice cabin

We enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was clean and was very spacious. Close to the parkway and not hard to get too. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Great cabin. Totally accurate description! Loved the location at the end of a secluded cul de sac!

This was a beautiful cabin, and description was totally accurate. We did have a snafu when checking in because the lock on the door had died, and we could not gain access to the cabin; however, we went out to dinner and well before we returned, the issue had been addressed, and we were able to get in as soon as we returned. Note, this was well after 8 PM on a Friday night. Also, we had a concern with the cleanliness of Jacuzzi tub, and the resort had personnel out early the next day to clean that as well. Would totally recommend Eden crest resort to any traveler to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee! Location to all attractions and shopping and dining was excellent as well!

Short trip to Pigeon Forge.

Great cabin for our big family. Four bedrooms with a bathroom attached to each bedroom. Plenty of space for everyone including the kids. The cabin was clean and that is something I specifically look for. The cabin had everything we needed. I will definitely return to this one in the future.

Nice place!

Cabin is very nice and spacious. No issues other than the mini split unit upstairs must have had a broke drain because it constantly poured water out the front, down the window and blinds and into the tub below. Parking out front is limited too. Pool table and arcade game was a blast and we made good use of the huge kitchen table! Overall it was worth the money.

Belvedere Review July 2023

The property had most everything we needed and the staff at the host were communicative and responsive. Just a few points of concern around the property (1) The outside was not clean. This would have needed to be communicated to the host soon after arrival, but it was dark when we arrived. We woke up to see there was trash strewn everywhere outside, including disposable diapers - looked like the trash had been there for quite some time. It's possible someone left out a trash bag, and an animal got into the trash. (2) the home is very limited on supplies like dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc. Supplies are not sufficient for a family of 8 for a five-night stay. We ended up having to buy a lot of the household supplies - would have been better if the property were stocked. (3) the a/c wall unit on the top floor was not working consistently. We wouldn't find anything in the property guide to explain how to turn on the unit. No complaints otherwise.

Disappointed in the welcome

First appearance is everything! When we arrived at the property at our check in time the property looked under construction. There were over 5 workers on the roof, another 6 outside surrounding the house, a large dumpster full of debris and the entire area a mess. My heart fell to the ground after 8 hours of travel with 6 more guests in transit. To learn they were adding a new roof. How disappointing. The gentleman did not speak English so there was no way to communicate. I was fortunately able to get a hold of the property management company Eden Crest who did their best to help. They immediately sent Lauren over to ordered the construction team to stop the construction and remove all debris and clear off the property. They cleaned the surrounding area but not the porches. Once we got settled in the inside was fine and our overall stay turned out to be very nice. It was the initial welcoming that was very disturbing.

the cabin was great and was situated in a cul-de-sac with great parking space, the cabin had some cleaning issues, carpet not vacuumed, spilled sticky drinks on floor, one bathroom had personal body wash and scrunchies left behind, hair in the bathtub. The video game didn't work. there were issues with ants, the hot tub was not cleaned. overall, my family had a good time, regardless of these issues. i would stay there again, because im sure management would take care of these issues

Family Vacation

Nice cabin for a family, location is at the end of the road helping with overall quietness. Cabin location is close to area attractions, but far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness and outdoors. Our family enjoyed the pool and the resort has a put, put golf area. Overall floor plan works well with large families with plenty of space and bathrooms. Cabin came with plenty of amenities especially in the kitchen area. Nice large kitchen table. It was nice to have the hot tub, pool table and gas grill. Opportunities with the cabin were all of the family games had missing parts and couldn't be played. The Pac man video game didn't work. I would recommend replacing the mattress on the downstairs sleeper sofa as it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The up stairs bedroom had an uninvited guest (mouse) which continued to leave a trail behind. Overall we would rent the cabin again. Hopefully all the opportunities shared will be corrected.

Perfect getaway

We loved staying at “Belvedere”! Tucked in as the last cabin. Quiet, very clean and spacious for everyone to be comfortable. Enjoyed our stay so very much and hope to visit here again soon!

Quiet Weekend

We had a great weekend relaxing and catching up. The neighborhood was quiet and the cabin was close enough to town that we could be anywhere on the strip in 10-15 minutes. Everything was clean and just as the listing described.

Good stay

Enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi and the pool table for entertainment. Loved the fact there were 4 king rooms with their own bathroom. Only issue was the lady bugs everywhere in the cabin. Overall a good stay.
