Many shopping opportunities within 15 minutes’ walk: the "fashion quadrilateral" with the elegant Via Montenapoleone, the luxury mega-store La Rinascente, Via Torino and its shops. In the evening after a pleasant stroll through Old Milan, immerse yourself in the lively districts of Porta Romana, the Columns of San Lorenzo and “I Navigli”. Several supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner.

Ideal solution as well for businessmen (large table and WIFI internet connection) due to its location in the town financial heart or travellers attending congresses at Università Statale. Well served by public transport (subway station at 50m); parking against fee at 150m.

The apartment
30 sqm studio on the ground floor, overlooking the courtyard of an 18th century stately home. The living area and kitchenette are on the lower level, while the bed (160x200) and the bathroom are on the upper floor.
Kitchenette equipped with electric hob with two burners, small fridge with freezer compartment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, dishes, Espresso moka.
Individually controlled air conditioning; centralized heating with adjustable temperature – operating period and hours decided by the condominium (maximum 14 hours from mid-October to mid-April).
Ceiling with exposed beams and original stone flooring from the 1700s; security door.

Notes
- The living area is connected to the sleeping area with a spiral staircase; the apartment is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties
- It is possible to carry to the upper level just trolley bags (not suitcases)
- Children under the age of 8 are not admitted
- There is no reception service. The arrival time must be communicated at least one day before check-in; arrivals after 8pm must be communicated at the time of booking. In case of check-in after 9pm or delays of more than one hour, the property may request a supplement of € 20.
- Dogs are welcome, provided they do not climb on the sofa or bed; please report their presence when booking. We are sorry; we do not accept cats
- If you arrive by car, please note that the whole city of Milan is a traffic limited zone. Detailed information on how to reach the apartment, on the restricted traffic area and where to park will be provided with the confirmation message.
- In case of loss of the keys, € 100 will be charged

House rules
- the courtyard is just for transit; it is forbidden to chat, hang laundry or sit in the courtyard
- in case of return at night please limit noise as much as possible; it is forbidden to organize parties / events and any noisy activity that may disturb neighbours
- guests are kindly asked to wash dishes and pans before leaving
- it is mandatory to respect the rules for waste recycling
- if you face any problem during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible; only in this way we can take appropriate actions trying to solve them during your stay
