Come check out all of our amenities - Cafe/Bar, Gift Shop, Adult Pool, Updated Splash Pad, Pickle Ball Courts, Grilling Pavillion, Putting Green, Lazy River & Slide, Large Indoor Pool, Basketball Court, Tennis Courts, etc. This 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath corner unit in the newly branded The Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II) is very inviting and equipped with the latest conveniences. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and a stunning view of the beach and gulf. The balcony overlooking the gulf is spacious and has comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the gulf breeze. We outfitted the unit with everything that we have found we needed when we vacation. The complex has a lazy river, both outdoor and indoor pools, a fitness center, a putting green, tennis & pickle ball courts, arcade area and grills for BBQing, etc. Something for everyone. In addition to these great amenities, coming in the late Spring of 2024, there will be a Café & Bar, an improved splash pad, an adult pool, a Pavilion and outdoor game area. The renderings of what you can expect are in the photo section.

The owners also own the 3 bedroom unit next door which is good if you need to book accommodations for a large group and would need 2 units. Guests receive a 10% discount if they book both units no matter the length of stay.

This was the perfect place for our family! The convenience of being able to secure the 3 bedroom condo next door for other family members was wonderful for our growing family. Both were beautifully furnished and clean. We will definitely be reaching out again for next year!

Unobstructed beach view, large balcony with lots of seating, lots of amenities on the property. Elevators caused additional wait time but of no fault of the condo owner.

It was a great place to stay. With all the different options to enjoy between the pools and tennis/pickleball courts and, of course, being on the beach, our family enjoyed our vacation!

Excellent Condo Amazing Balcony

Overall our stay was great. This condo is a great corner unit. The balcony is amazing, it has great furniture and is very large. There was always a shady spot. The condo is very open and all the floor to ceiling windows give you great views. The host were great at communication. The kitchen had everything we needed except for the coffee maker, it overflowed grounds every time. For such a nice expensive place , I feel more than the cheapest Walmart coffee pot could have been provided. I gave a 4 on cleanliness because the furniture was pretty worn and mostly cloth with lots of stains and there was a lot of crumbs, sand and stuff around the couch. Overall I would stay here again. Nice and big with lots of bathrooms! Perfect for a large group.

This unit was beautiful and plenty spacious for our family of 12 to enjoy. It is a very convenient location to restaurants and shopping, not to mention the ease of being right on the beach. The elevator situation is one that we, and many other guests found frustrating. There were times that we waited nearly 30 minutes to get on an elevator to go up to the unit… you really have to plan strategically when you are going to leave and come back. If you are traveling with a baby, you should bring all your own necessities, as there was not a high chair, crib, etc. Also, amenities like the lazy river require you to bring your own inflatable tubes, so we had to make a pit stop to buy those after learning they were not already provided. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Family vacation

Wonderful unit in a very family friendly building/amenities. Elevators were fast and the lazy River and water slide were big hits for our kids. Super clean and comfortable. Will try and book again 100%.

Great Vacation

"Talk about a Room with a View". Everything was wonderful & exactly as we'd hoped. This was a great retirement celebration with all my children & grandchildren. The Lazy River & Pool was a big hit for all. The Fitness Center was also well laid out & frequented often.

Best condo we've ever stayed in!

This condo went beyond meeting our expectations! Everything about it was perfect...the balcony was probably our favorite feature of the entire place and we spent a lot of time out there lounging on multiple seating options. The inside was pristine and absolutely beautiful. They even had books, games and movies available to use! Our only disappointment was with the size of the pools. But having such great beach access and such an amazing condo, we will definitely choose this one again next time we come to Orange Beach!!
