Trae tus juguetes para el agua, libro o bicicleta.  Hay un muelle de aguas poco profundas y estacionamiento para el remolque de su barco.   Ubicación perfecta para paseos en bote, senderismo, ciclismo, piragüismo, kayak, pesca, festoneado, natación con los manatíes, observación de aves o simplemente relajarse en la piscina.  Ubicado en el canal entre Salt River y Crystal River, experimentará vistas sin obstáculos de pantanos y estuarios.  Al lado, a poca distancia de Twin Rivers Marina.  Hay excelentes senderos para caminar y Great Florida Birding Trails cerca.   ¡No olvides tus binoculares!

The place was absolutely lovely. It was very peaceful and the view outside the backdoor was breathtaking. From the loft you could see all the way to the river. The unit had all the amenities you would need. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. The bathrooms were equipped with soap, shampoo, and other toiletries you might need. There was even a wash and dryer in the unit. Finally, the unit owner was very nice to work with and was very accommodating. You don’t often get such a responsive host. Now I know how they keep such a great rating. Thank you to our gracious host, and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Perfect oasis for two. The view from the living room feels like you are camping and the room feels like you get to sleep under the stars. A great place to unwind. The updated kitchen had the extras of utensils and equipment ( food processor, blender, toaster, etc ) and spices and containers. A nice relaxing getaway close to outdoor adventures. Plus the hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with, they really made our stay a great one!

We had a nice stay and the unit was clean. Everything you need is provided by the owners. It is definitely sized for a couple on a getaway. If you like to spread out while on vacation you may want something a little bigger. Other than that, we would be back.

Peaceful retreat

We really enjoyed this location. It’s beautiful and peaceful with great access to Twin Rivers, and the fort island beach. The property was clean and had all the amenities to make for a good trip.

We relaxed and enjoyed.

On our annual visit to Florida from the UK we always look for places where there is no razzamataz and nightlife. There's certainly no razzamataz here at Crystal River but there is nightlife of the natural type. The property is of the highest quality and has appliances that are top of the range. Furnishing has just the right touch without being ostentatious, kitchen is well supplied with all the necessary gizmos and gadgets. I, personally, judge a property by the quality of the chef knives and this place has very good knives! Plenty of convenient parking. Outside there is the pool which is very well maintained with routines carried out every morning. Activities are numerous - plenty of fishing from the shore, kayaking, walks (take lots of water!), bird watching, manatee and gator spotting, flowers galore and from the decking watch the fiddler crabs whilst the tide comes in quietly. Only 4 miles away are all the other holiday necessities of stores, restaurants, bait shop. Best sunsets are from the bridge or the road to the house. I've gone on far to long for a review so take my word for it. You won't regret it. Enjoy!

Pleasant surprise

Comfortable stay with everything you need for convenience. Fully stocked kitchen and very clean property. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to everything Crystal River. I would definitely book this property again for future returns to the area.

Amazing Cabana Style Rental

The property was wonderful and perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing week in beautiful Crystal River. Location was perfect to get to the beach, marina, springs and all of the amazing wildlife was beautiful. Thanks for being wonderful hosts!

Everything was great!

Everything was great! This was a perfect, small, clean property that had everything we needed, with a nice view. You do need to be prepared and physically able to navigate the spiral staircase to the bed in the loft.

Crystal River Stay

Sawgrass Landing is the perfect place for a brief couples getaway close to nature. This was our second stay here and we’ll be back. We love the condo, the location and the view. The condo is clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent place and area

We went to the Crystal River area to swim with the Manatees. This VRBO is located in a perfect spot to get to several places where you can see them! The place was clean, quiet, and perfect for our trip!!

Great place

The unit was exactly as described and expected. The landing is a nice quiet little place to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend the unit, location, and town. Crystal River/ hommassa has always been a favorite area to visit

Great time

My wife and I had a great time. Our friends got another building in sawgrass and it worked out great! Cleaning station was very nice and so was the pool. At super low tide you have to trim up to get back but its all idle anyway.

Quiet Retreat

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL long weekend at this perfect condo! We enjoyed kayaking, hiking, eating at the local seafood restaurants, hanging at the beach, swimming in the pool, reading books on the deck, shopping in the historic district. It was a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary and enjoy the beauty of nature all around us.

Birdwatcher’s Paradise

This is our second time staying at Sawgrass Landing and we just love this location. It’s a great place to bike, run and birdwatch. This lovely unit was nicely renovated after last fall’s storm. Many nice touches with every amenity needed. The deck was perfect for watching birds and sipping coffee. Thanks for sharing your place with us. Loved it!
