THE APARTMENT
- A beautiful living room, opening to the balcony, with an open floor kitchen to offer a roomier atmosphere, a dining table for 4, a sofa and lounge chairs and a flat-screen TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with all you will need, and especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) as well as all appliances, dishware, tableware and all other possible ware typically found in a family-style kitchen.
- A first bedroom with a full size double bed and a large closet.
- A second bedroom with 2 single beds (perfect for kids or adults who like their own sleeping space) as well as plenty of storage space.
- A separate bathroom with tub and some pretty nice tile work.
- Separate toilets, but you may be glad they are separate, however they do have company in the form of a laundry space with washer AND dryer.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 15 minutes by bus from the Cannes train station or 8 minutes by car.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
After a few steps in your street, the Ricord Laty street, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within less than four minutes on foot:
- Head to the Mouré Rouge beach to go for a swim or settle down at an outdoor restaurant.
- Enjoy the quaint “village” ambiance of the Palm Beach district while shopping for your daily needs in the neighborly stores (butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, post office…)
- Take a stroll on the Croisette seafront between luxury boutiques and fine sandy beaches.
And in less than 10 minutes by car, you can:
- Reach the iconic Palais des Festivals.
- Board a train and discover the other gems along the coastal Riviera, such as Antibes, Nice or Monaco…
- Do some luxury name-brand shopping on the trendy Rue d’Antibes.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, as well as a private parking garage within the property.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
