Este sereno condominio en la planta baja frente al mar se encuentra en el tranquilo extremo norte del pintoresco pueblo pesquero de Puerto Morelos, en el Caribe Maya. Ingrese al patio del jardín tropical de su condominio Casita Blanca, con sus orquídeas silvestres, aves del paraíso, plátanos y cocoteros. Su sala de estar y patio privado dan a la espectacular piscina y al tranquilo océano turquesa a solo unos pasos. Salga de los deslizadores hacia la playa de arena blanca y fina que nunca hace calor, y hacia el mar cálido, o salga en un kayak de mar. Acuéstese en su hamaca y sueñe, o siéntese en las tumbonas debajo de una palapa con hojas de palma y observe las suaves olas rompiendo sobre la famosa Gran Barrera de Coral, que ofrece excelentes oportunidades para practicar snorkel, buceo y kite surf. Ir a pescar o recorrer el arrecife en un bote con fondo de cristal. Realice una visita guiada a la jungla en ATV, tome una tirolesa desde la copa de un árbol hasta la cima de un árbol y nade en los cálidos y claros cenotes. Camine por la playa hasta los mercados locales y excelentes restaurantes tradicionales mexicanos e internacionales en la plaza del pueblo. Visite el muelle para ver los barcos de pesca y los pelícanos que se elevan en formación y se sumergen en el mar para pescar. Dé un paseo corto por la costa hasta la bulliciosa Cancún o Playa del Carmen, o aventúrese a las magníficas ruinas mayas y muchos parques temáticos y zoológicos de la zona.

Esta unidad luminosa y alegre ofrece un amplio dormitorio con una cama doble con colchón Sealy y somier, y dos camas individuales; Además de un futón doble en la sala de estar para invitados adicionales. La cocina está totalmente equipada y la sala de estar / comedor cuenta con WiFi para su comodidad. Hay ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado de doble zona para mantenerte fresco. El baño está decorado con azulejos de talavera mexicana. Los gerentes de alquiler hablan bien inglés y le ayudarán gentilmente. Se incluye agua potable y servicio de limpieza una vez por semana.

Las entradas al complejo, la unidad y la playa están repletas de acceso para sillas de ruedas; y la unidad tiene una ducha a ras de suelo.

Ven a experimentar la magia de este amistoso pueblo de pescadores escondido en la costa caribeña, a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto de Cancún.

The property is well-maintained, with easy, direct access to the beach. There’s parking right out front, and downtown (complete with a supermarket) is an easy stroll down the beach away. The property staff and friendly and they do a great job. Make sure to visit some of the local cenotes while you’re in the area; they’re spectacular!

Great location and property

My 21 year old daughter and I loved our stay here. Casita Blanca is beautifully maintained, and located between Unico Beach Bar and the Fives. We walked to the town square daily for dinner - it's a nice walk via the beach or the road. Sharon gave us all the instructions needed for easy check in, and the condo was spacious and as advertised - clean, simple with all the basics and beds were comfy. Happy to recommend to others.

Beautiful location and views

The condo is beautifully located (by the beach and close to restaurants) and has the minimum required to cook some simple things. It needs updates in particular in the bathroom shower area. The property manager is excellent, and the garden/pool area area is kept impecable. We will come back.

Very comfortable

Ground floor, 50 yards to the beach. Very close to the pool. Overall location very nice. 20 minute wal to town. Bar next door has noisy band for one-two hours in the afternoon, quiet at night. We will definitely go back.

Excellent location at Casita Blanca…ground floor, facing the ocean and pool. One bedroom with a double bed and 2 twins, one bath, small kitchen and living area and covered porch. Clean and good communication with property manager. A few updates to the unit would be nice. Everything worked well.

Super experience in Puerto Morelos

Our apartment is located on the beachfront in beautiful PO. The beach and palapas are to die for. Some of th best snorkeling in the world steps away. The apartment unit is decorated in mexican accent and is equipped with all amenities. We are truly amazed by the facilities. Would recommend this unit anytime. Great stay.

We recently rented from Lauren at Casita Blanca. The condo is situated on the beach in beautiful Puerto Morelos. This one bedroom unit can easily sleep four and is equipped with all necessities. It is well decorared with the mexican accent . The owner was very helpful and responded to all our questions . I have chosen to return to this Unit next year and I will not hesitate to recommend to anyone interested.

Beachside Heaven for us

We just spent our second two-week vacation at Lauren's charming condo and hope to return next year. The condo complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained, situated right on the beach, and is generally quiet, private and secluded. We usually walk or bike the mile from the condo to activities downtown. While the kitchen is small and lacks hot water like most beach condos, I cooked several Mexican-inspired meals there and found it quite adequate for our purposes. I heartily recommend this condo, assuming you're not looking for a luxury condo experience in which case you probably should stay at a resort. Lauren, if you ever want to sell, please let us know! It is perfect for our middle-aged, laid back, simple vacation style.

a great place to stay, perfect for the two of us

We dropped our bags and opened the curtains to take in the view: sunshine, palm trees and blue water. Oh yeah. The condo was decorated with lots of local art and fabrics, kitchen had everything necessary to make a meal. A big jug of water on a stand.....Hallelujah! We don't have to lug 110# of water!!! (ok, just a bit of an exagration, but those dang bottles are heavy!) The whole place was immaculate, the towels were big lengths of thick terry, the shower had hot water, queen bed was quite comfortable. The grounds are immaculately kept by Cesar, he works constantly! Also, much appreciated, was the WIFI booster in the room. We had good service in the room and out on the patio when other residents were complaining of spotty service. We had a good time here and would come again.

We have stayed in a number of condos at Casita Blanca and have never been disappointed. C2 has beautiful view of the grounds and pool. Which are kept up daily. Beds are comfortable (2singles and one double) in bedroom. The kitchen has adequate plates and utensils but pans should be replaced. We had no problem securing our key when we arrived. Check out was simple . Owner was very helpful with making sure everything went smoothly. Would not hesitate to rent B2 again.

Beautiful beach

My husband & I have been to PuertoMorelos several times. This is a great location& tends to be quiet, which is nice. The condo has everything you need to enjoy the beach. We had bikes delivered& it makes getting to town very easy.This location is near a beach bar, although we had made a trip to the store& had our own beer& wine. Bring your own snorkel, mask & fins & you can snorkel right out front of the condos.

Perfect, quiet week

We had a wonderful week in PM! This was our third trip to Casita Blanca and we will be back again and again. The condo is just as described, comfortable and clean, with everything you need to prepare a simple meal. The AC worked great, as did the wifi. The grounds are kept impeccable by Ceasar and his staff. The location is ideal because it's a little removed from town (though an easy 10 min walk for anything you need) which keeps it quiet but has an awesome, friendly beach bar right next door for afternoon cocktails. The pool and beach are perfect. We will be back soon I hope!

My husband and I loved our two weeks in Lauren's condo at Casito Blanca. No wonder people return year after year. The condo is spotless, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything necessary for dining in. It was great to have WIFI for my ipad so we could read the New York papers and keep up with Words with Friends. The grounds here are the best we have seen along the beachfront, but all of the work is done without loud machines. The community is perfect for our tastes and interests. We cannot stop talking about our perfect vacation!

A fabuous seaside condo

Often the description and pictures of a vacation rental lead to expectations that are not quite matched by the reality when seen. In this instance, however, the actual and extraordinary experience of Lauren's codominium at La Casita Blanca in this old fishing village of Puerto Morales in the Yuctan greatly exceeds expectations. You walk right out of this excellent condo to a gorgeous garden, a modest pool within steps, and a fabulous beach only seconds away. Swimming in the sea (La Mar) every day is exhilirating, walking to the Plaza fun, and the nearby restuarants excellent and inexpensive. We've gone snorkeling at the coral reef, traveled to nearby Mayan ruins and the nearby best beach of all. It's fun too to see the reef and fish in a glass-bottomed boat. The warmth of the physical setting is matched by the warmth and welcoming spirit of the people of Puerto Morales. Don't miss these restaurants: T@co.com, La Palmeras (both off the Plaza), and El Cruzita (on Ninos Heroes Street), all within walking distance from the condo. In a word, it's all just terrific, one of the best vacations we've ever had. You will not be disappointed.

Geat place!

Couldnt have been a better place to stay for our holiday. The condo was perfect, very clean, tidy and just like the images on this site. The owner was very prompt in replying to emails. Roberto and Selene (managers on site) were really friendly and so helpful. We would definately go back. Puerto Morelos is perfect - away from the hustle & bustle, cute village with enough little shops/restaurants, and a convenient location for local excursions and day trips (there is plenty to do).

I live in upstate New York, in a Victorian house I saved from the wrecking ball, but haven't yet restored to its original glory, it's a work in progress, and some part of it always seems to be a work site. I rented this condo during a personal vacation 3 years ago, and fell in love with it. This is my first real estate venture outside the U.S.

Located exactly a half mile north of the town square, the Casita Blanca condominium is an easy walk to restaurants and shops, yet quieter than downtown. My unit, B2, is located on the ground floor, and has an ocean view from the living room and patio.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

When I stay at my condo, I usually spend most of my time improving it, but I keep hoping there will be time to lie in the hammock on the patio and simply soak up the warm moist sea breeze and watch the pelicans. It's also fun haggling in my very basic Spanish with shopkeepers on the village square (sometimes my lack of language skills results in unplanned humor!), snorkeling at the amazing reef, and taking day trips to nearby ancient ruins. On the village square, I always stop to say hi at Alma Libre, a most helpful bookstore run by Canadians; and at the Artesans' market and the women's jungle market, to buy traditional Mayan crafts from the artists who make them. A short drive or bus ride south takes me to a Mexican (Talavera) tile warehouse, where they are skilled at packing delicate hand-painted ceramics in underseat-sized boxes; and to the elegant seaside pedestrian mall in Playa del Carmen. My local rental managers can tell you the best way to get around.
