Excellent stay!

We absolutely loved this apartment and had a great stay here. Little touches that make things easier include washing pods, tea, coffee etc that you don’t have to rush out and get. Pool towels and ice packs were also in the apartment. We had a couple of little issues whilst we were there, completely out of the owners control , but Dimitri was quick to sort things quickly for us so we could carry on enjoying our stay.Would highly recommend this apartment and the surrounding area.

Perfect in every way!

I stayed at this property with my mom and baby. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. Literally every thing I could ever want was there. The airline lost my bag and it took 2 days to get my bag with our food. It was nice to have starters available like tea, coffee & sugar. The location is great, it’s in a gated community steps from the beach, restaurants and a mini mall. There is a dedicated parking space plus ample parking for visitors. My family stayed in 4 other condos within this community and this one was my favorite. The hosts are wonderful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely book again and highly recommend this property.

Home from Home

This was our third stay at Margate Gardens and our second stay in this particular apartment. If I’m being honest I would say that compared to some other apartments we’ve seen in the complex, the kitchen and bathrooms are in need of upgrades. Having said that, everything is supplied in the kitchen area for you to be able to prepare and cook if you want to do so. We even noticed the addition of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the bathroom, all full, which was a nice touch. The condo itself is in a great location with access to the boardwalk and beach over the road, and restaurants and other eateries close by which cater for different budgets. Lanterns Mall is next door which includes a small supermarket for those daily provisions. We had the usual lovely stay and are already looking to book again next year.

Perfect place to relax and unwind

I had the most amazing stay at Margate Gardens! The apartment was the perfect place to relax and unwind, set in a beautiful garden setting with convenient amenities nearby and just a short walk to the beach. The hosts were fantastic—welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying here, and I can’t wait to return!

Home away from home

Once again our stay at Margate Gardens didn’t disappoint. This is our 2nd time staying in this villa and we have no complaints. It is perfectly located all in walking distance next to a small mall with a variety of places to eat and shop all around, beach and boardwalk is across the street. This is our home away from home.

Margate gardens

The complex is great, it has a lovely pool and the grounds are immaculate. It is in a good area convenient for shops,beach and a few bars.

Great Accommodation and Location

We really enjoyed our 2nd stay in this very comfortable condo. Bright and spacious and in a very lovely location across from the boardwalk. Hosts very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Nice apartment in excellent location. Having stayed in a number of other apartments in the complex, the only comment would be that the kitchen and bathrooms are a bit tired and need some updating, otherwise great space.

Home from home

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. There was everything we needed to be able to live comfortably for the time that we were there for. Our host Dimitri was very welcoming and made contact on our first day to check that we had arrived and were settled. We had a slight issue with the air conditioning unit in our bedroom but Dimitri was very quick in getting it resolved for us. This is our second stay at Margate Gardens and we love it there because it’s a peaceful paradise very close to restaurants and other amenities and the beach is just over the road. We'd happily request to book this apartment again and want to thank Dimitri for a most comfortable and pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay at Margate Gardens. Host was amazing and the listing was on point. Hoping to make this our permanent vacation rental. You can’t ask for a better location, beach right across the street and a small mall next door. Awesome food within walking distance. My family had a blast!!🏝️🏝️🏖️🏖️

April vacation

Very nice apartment. Floors and bathrooms could have been cleaner when we arrived. No cleaning service so we did ourselves which was fine could have used a better floor mop then was supplied. No phone for local calls., which is always a bonus.

Excellent location

This was an extremely comfortable property in lovely surroundings and very close to shops and beaches. It provided everything we required for a great holiday and we would thoroughly recommend it. We would love to return but unfortunately it was heavily booked for the dates we wanted so we will have to be far quicker next time.

A wonderful property and host

LeeAnne and Dimitri were perfect hosts for our stay in their apartment. The entire experience pre-booking to occupancy was smooth. The apartment is clean, spacious and wonderful. The pool and garden ambience is also nice. All goods things. I would definitely book again and highly recommend their accommodation.

This is a luxury condo with modern and comfortable furniture. You can find this gem on the second floor of a gated community with beautiful tropical gardens and swimming pool. A unique and convenient location for an enjoyable vacation! The apartment has 2 bedrooms with stunning tranquil garden and pool views, 2 spacious bathrooms, combined living and dining with fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It is in the heart of Hastings on the South Coast with amenities only a walking distance away. Enjoy a sundowner at Tapas restaurant on the boardwalk right opposite the condo. Or listen to live music most nights at Blakeys, a 2 minute walk from the Condo. There is always something happening in this area. But if you want a tranquil evening in, this gated community is so private, that you can do that too!
